Rebaid won't reconcile charges and issue refund

Rebaid will not respond to any messages about reconciling my account with them. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute charges after months of trying to contact Rebaid. I never have received anything other than an automated response.

No payment and no response

I haven't been paid, and they aren't answering emails. If anyone knows the owner's address, please let me know—I plan to go to his house. I live in Connecticut.

Stopped sending out rebates

They have not sent out any rebates or checks back to me even thought they have many new products listed in their website. They will not provide any refunds, I have sent multiple messages to their email, and made many tickets, I'm unable to log in my account anymore. I have spent over 400 dollars and have not received any of that money back, I'm now unemployed and don't have any money, I hope to receive my money back this is important to me, thank you

They stopped sending rebates in October…

They stopped sending rebates in October for me too. They are not responding. Someone mentioned that contacting Attorney Generals in WY and CT but it would be helpful if someone can post a link to their registration information so we would properly identify the business when contacting them.

Payments stopped in October 2025, Account History Deleted

Rebaid stopped paying me for completed rebates starting in October 2025. Even more concerning, the company has actively removed extensive transaction history from my account dashboard. This deletion has the direct effect of artificially reducing the total balance that their system shows they owe me.

I fulfilled my end of the agreements, but the funds provided by sellers for these rebates appear to have been diverted elsewhere. The owner has been unresponsive. What is happening here is unacceptable. My next steps are regulatory complaints to attorney general offices in Wyoming (business is legally based) and Connecticut (where owner/operator is based). If more people also complain it is more likely there will be regulatory action to help recover our funds.

Final rebate received

Despite Rebaid's "closure announcement" and delayed processing, Rebaid has sent the payment for my rebates in March 2026. Thank you, team. Hoping that others will have a similar experience soon.

The Worst Company…

Rebaid.com does not respond to messages submitted via tickets through the website or to emails 90% of the time. They started deleting items from my account and still owe me over $400 but remain unresponsive to my messages and requests. I have contacted the FTC, BBB and our state AG. Worst company ever ~ truly fraudulent!

Turned into a MAJOR scam the past six months

My check bounced months ago and ZERO response to multiple emails. They owe me some big money, though from what others have said, they owe them FAR more. They used to be legit and then they started to go sideways. What a scam, still showing rebates on the site after saying they won’t be offering them anymore. That’s fraud in my book!

Rebaid is no longer safe to use.

I have been using Rebaid for a few years now and had no issues and really enjoyed it but something has changed. The last payment I never got, it was around $370, maybe more. The way that they have it set up makes it hard to see how much they really owe you. My previous check I received but the amount was a lot less than it should have been. I have contacted them and they said that my banking info was wrong, they sent me the banking info and it was correct, and I let them know it was correct, then they stopped responding to me. I have not received the last check and the check before that was drastically short. And I have been ghosted now. :(

Rebaid is a fraudulent business

I am submitting a complaint and flagging Rebaid as a fraudulent business.

I withdrew a rebate through Rebaid over a month ago. According to the website and an email confirmation, the check was sent, but I never received it. I have contacted Rebaid multiple times, and despite these repeated attempts, I have not received a single response or a replacement check.

I have received automated confirmation replies to my emails and have followed up on those confirmations, yet I still have not received any response. I have had to follow up repeatedly without any acknowledgment, which has been extremely frustrating. Their support page states that rebate payments are guaranteed and that most support requests are answered the same day, which has not been my experience at all.

I have submitted claims to the Better Business Bureau, Zendesk, and the Federal Trade Commission. At this point, the lack of payment and complete absence of support strongly suggest this business is a scam.

Checks bounced and won't respond

Two of my checks I recieved from them have bounced, I tried contacting them but they never respond to their support tickets. I lost $300+ in rebaits because of this. Be warned.

THEY OWE ME HUNDREDS

They owe me hundreds of dollars for rebates. They now announced they are closing so guess what that means? No one will be getting any more money from them. They are unresponsive for the past few months and have gone radio silent. This WILL be a huge class action lawsuit.

This website is a scam. It's been 3 months and they are not refunding the money, is anybody suing them as they have announced that they are closing?. Don't spend your time and money on it.

I used rebaid to get christmas gifts…

I used rebaid to get christmas gifts for my children and granddaughter. I should have gotten a refund 35 days after purchase. It is now almost February. Should have recieved refund by early January. The company will.not even message me back. Now it says on my page they are closing down. Don't trust these people. I have little money and they owe me almost 200 dollars and will not pay me or even respond to me. Very sad.

Thieves

For the first three years, I used the site, it was good. I was given my rebate money in a timely manner. However, over the last several months it has gone completely off the rails. They didn’t send me my rebate check, didn’t respond to my numerous support requests, etc. Now I see on their site that they are closing and they have an excuse for it, but they don’t explain why their customer service was so bad so suddenly. They owe me hundreds of dollars that I will probably never see a penny of.

Losing faith in them

It was great the products I was able to get at super discount or sometimes free. However, the site has changed drastically. The "buy in" is terrible. The Buy it on Rebaid offers require 4 or a hefty shipping fee. You don't buy directly from Amazon, etc., much any more.And..... biggest of all..... it seems they are really getting slopping about cash back procedures. I'd love to see them get it all straightened out and even back to their original method of offering cash back products.
