AVOID - They owe money
Firstly their customer service is AWFUL! You have email them 20+ times over multiple weeks before you EVER get a reply.
Second, their system is a total scam. We are owed $513 in refunds (canceled rebates), but we cannot seem to get it back.
I would avoid this company like the plague.

The process is really easy
The process is really easy. Sometimes I can get great items. Not all of the items are great, but if you check constantly, you can usually find some good things that are available.
Very bad
I had $118 on hold. After 3 months everything was ok and I asked check. Rebaid sent me only $74. I tried to catch support 2 months. And had nothing till now.

I've really enjoyed using Rebaid for a variety of reasons, but the number 1 reason why I love using Rebaid is that it allows me to try different types/brands of products. And I am able to do it because they are either for free or at a highly discounted rate through the rebates. It's a guiltless way to try new things without braking the bank.

I love ordering products from Rebaid and receiving full or partial rebates for them. There is a wide variety to pick from and it allows me to try products free and see if I like them. Rebates are easy and no issues with this site

The check arrived after 2 months. It takes a while to get the money back.
Interesting products at good price (after rebate).
Rebaid makes it possible to snap up some intresting products at a good price (after rebate). Rebate checks have always come (I've used this for 2 years now).
Primary challenge I find is their multifactor authorization that doesn't always send the confirmation email when logging in.
Great site
The site offers many products I would normally never buy full price so trying something out at a discount or even free was a big draw to using this site.
Failed to issue rebates
Do not trust this company! They are completely unresponsive to help requests and they don’t issue available balance to you. I’m now out $419.24 I was expecting to receive back. I will not be using their service any longer! It’s quite apparent they’re a scam as they “pick and choose” who they actually reply to! Most recent being a seller on 2/16/24! So they’re still up and running, lurking around stealing money from sellers and buyers! They need to be shut down. I’ve taken this issue up with BBB as well, to seek the money that is owed to me. What a scam named (easily findable in a search) CEO of Rebaid is pulling on everyone involved, while he lines his pockets with our money. I sense a class action law suit in the works against them.

I was able to purchase a lot of last year’s Christmas gifts off of it. I also purchase things for myself as well throughout the year.
I did stop getting supplements off of Rebaid, because of a very bad experience, (which I did leave a review of what happened).
I do wish they would put new products on there more often. I also wish you didn’t have to wait 35 plus days to get your money refunded to you.
I do realize this is so they know you aren’t going to return the product, as 30 days is the return limit, but it’s still a long time to wait!
Other than those two cons, I still like Rebaid & watch for new products all the time..
(Just stay away from the supplements)!

Rebates Missed, Messages Missed: A Rebaid.com Letdown
I decided to give Repaid.com a try by investing $100 in a campaign, expecting to see some rebates in return. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen short of my expectations.
POOR COMMUNICATION WITH SHOPPERS
I was eager to see how their system would work. However, it's been disappointing. Shoppers have purchased the product (for which I set a 100% reimbursement), yet they haven't left any ratings or reviews. As a platform, there should be a stronger effort to educate shoppers about the purpose of this platform. Clearly, it's not for sellers to simply give away their products without receiving feedback in return.
MESSAGING FUNCTIONALITY IS NON-OPERATIONAL
The ability to contact people who purchased the product is a fantastic feature, in theory. However, its execution is lacking. I'm subscribed to the Startup plan, which costs $79 per month, yet the messaging functionality is completely broken. It's been non-functional for almost a week. I can't send messages, making it feel like I'm talking to a wall.
CAN'T GET ANY REPLY FROM SUPPORT
And as for their support? It's as if they're ignoring me. They utilize Zendesk, a commonly used platform, so I receive the automated "we received your message" emails. But that's as far as it goes. I've received NO actual help or follow-up.
To be honest, I was quite excited about this venture, but it has been thoroughly disappointing. A word of caution to anyone considering using this platform: you might want to think twice. I'm hopeful that Repaid.com will address these issues, but as it stands, they're far from meeting expectations.
