⁹I should have trusted my gut instinct on this,but we all live and learn. I recently purchased GHD straighteners from Rithu Beauty. I felt that the price was too good to be true but went ahead anyway. The straighteners were meant to arrive within a week. A few days later I went on to check the status and it hadnt moved. I contacted the company who initially got back to me quickly to say there had been a delay with the order and that if I wished to cancel I could. I messaged back immediately to say yes please and havent heard a peep since. At this point i have no straighteners and no confirmation that my money will be refunded. They just do not reply. I shall be taking this further and I am absolutely determined to get my money back. If youre reading this Rithu... REPLY!!
Just wanted to update on this... I NEVER heard back. They took and kept my money and I never received the straighteners. I have reported this company to Action Fraud. Wowcher would only offer a credit note which is useless to me.
