Clear communications and delivery on time

I was interested in a Pragmasis product I had seen on a motorcycle security review video on Youtube. I wanted it urgently. However, the product was not visible on their website. Pragmasis prefer you to email rather than phone as it is more a factory than a shop. With doubts about whether a response would be quick enough, I emailed my enquiry. However, David was very responsive and helpful. The product I wanted had been discontinued. David gave me the name of a retailer who may have some of their last stock. They didn't have this product so I emailed back late in the day asking if an alternative could be delivered within 2 working days. David replied again very quickly, and I was able to place an order that evening which arrived early on the 2nd day. Great service.

Outstanding service. There was a small shipping SNAFU that was not their fault, but they helped resolve it quickly. Everything arrived fast, well-packed, and in perfect condition.

I love the products - this is my 3rd set of 19 mm chains and ground anchors and they give me a lot of confidence in the security of my bikes.
This is my first use of the anti-pinch pin, but what a life saver! I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find anywhere to thread it on my sports bike as there’s no clearance as there is on my cruiser, but the pin has eliminated that and made securing my bike properly hassle free!
It’s clear that you care about more than just making money from the thoughtful touches - stickers reminding you to ensure the shackle of the anchor is in place, the tube for removing dust from drilled holes, it all shows you care about people locking their bikes up properly, not just making and selling cheap crap!
