The customer service was excellent. I saw the bed online, then by phone was given a lot of help and advice regarding the dimensions and the mattress board. I bought the bed and the company stored it for me until my building work was finished, then it was delivered by two people who put the bed up. The whole experience was great and I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
I have ordered a sofa on 03.02.26. And today is 12.02.26, not yet received my order. Their customer care number is also not working properly after pressing the option, it repeated the same option every time. Does not work on complains. I will suggest not to buy from their website. U can buy through Flip kart or amazon. Such a bad service.
Kleidung bestellt, wurde bestätigt und kam nach vielen Wochen nicht an. Verkäufer mehrfach kontaktiert und immer nach mehreren Tagen erst Antwort erhalten.
Gestern bekamen wir dann die Nachricht das Paket wäre am 30.04.25 zugestellt worden, an einen Nachbarn. Wir haben weder eine Versandbestätigung, noch eine Trackingnr. erhalten. Und das von DHL! Wir bekommen dauernd Pakete mit DHL immer mit Vorankündigung. Wir haben nichts erhalten Aber über PayPal wurde schön abgebucht. Hab ich natürlich zurückgeholt . Diesen Shop kann man vergessen!!!!!!!
In the past this company has been brilliant. ButI ordered a mattress and when I mailed to say it was too hard they ignored me. I don't know if they offer a replacement service but they didn't to me. I added a topper which made the mattress tolerable but then had to remove the bed base as the bed was too high. This has meant the valance (costing £130) is too long but they have ignored my requests for a quote to shorten it. I have written this review before and it didn't appear
Very personalised service and advice for buying a bed and mattress. I had been browsing for an antique, real wood bed but with sizes being odd getting these restored, fitted with a base and mattress is complicated. With buying antiques online there is no guarantee the piece will be suitable for use either. With Seventh Heaven they take care of everything. Breathing life into antique beds and ensuring they are fit for purpose as well as stunning additions to your home. I was given options on the mattress based on my needs and the communication and delivery was smooth. Included was complete set up in the room and removal of all packing materials.
Truly a 5 star service from a wonderful, small, independent, family owned business.

Really helpful and attentive team at Seventh Heaven. I went in to arrange and order a divan base for a frame which I already had. The side irons were not fitting in well but the team sorted it all out for me at a reasonable price so I now have a great bed. Communication was good and I would definitely go back / recommend to others.
