Shavel Home Products Avis 6

I bought a Shavel electric blanket for around $350.00 from Amazon Aug. 1, 2024. The controller just broke. I would like a replacement controller.

The sheets I bought are paper thin and worthless. The company doesn't seem to care.

my queen size cotton sheets from shavel products get softer and softer every time I wash them. they wash and dry beautifully and the colours (I have 2 sets, blue and grey) stay true wash after wash. If you like sheets that are soft and not hard and scratchy, you will enjoy this product.

I bought an electric blanket from a company who deals with Shavel. After 4 years my blanket died. I went back to the company to reorder the same blanket when I seen that it came with a 5 year warranty, I hadn't realised this, however I hadn't filled a warranty card so I didn't expect to receive it. I have to admit, I really used my blanket, I'm always cold so my blanket was on all the time, so I wasn't upset when it died after 4 years! When I placed my order for my new blanket, I asked the company I bought it from, to please help me to go thru the proper channels to be sure I got the warranty with my new blanket. Unbeknownst to me, my company put in a claim for the old blanket. My company phoned me to explain Shavel had honored my waranty and was sending me a brand new blanket! I was dumb founded, I didn't know they had even submitted this claim, hadn't filled out the warranty, and I'm getting a brand new blanket? This blanket is over $400.00 ! I was overjoyed, stunned, as I thought the days of this kind of customer service were a thing of the past!
That's not the end...I was told I would have to cover the shipping fees, tariff costs, and duty, which of course, I was happy to pay, but ...there were none! This blanket came with no notice for Any of these fees! It just came to my door just a week after I was notified! I should have mentioned I placed the order with an American company, but what a surprise!
I will definitely be buying from Shavel again when this blanket goes! Thank-you Shavel for you outstanding customer service! I thought the days of this type of service were a thing of the past! You are awesome, I will be a forever customer, and be sure to sing your praises to all my friends, family and customers! I should have mentioned above your customer service...I Love your product! My blanket is amazing, keeps me warm, it's soft and comfortable, I have used the hell out of it , and wasn't surprised I didn't get 5 years after the use I put it through...but you stood by your product just the same, I am absolutely shocked ! Lol! Great product! Terrific company! Be sure to shop Shavel!

The blanket stopped working after a year. Under warrenty, I called and they were going to ship me a replacement controller but I never received it. Make a blanket that doesn't need replacement controllers.

While the sheet set I ordered for my RV is fine, I accidently ordered a second set which I don't need. I have been trying for almost 2 months to get instructions from them on how to return it. I have called, texted, and emailed several times and get nothing. Someone did reach out about a month ago, and when replied saying I was still waiting for instructions, they never replied. Terrible customer service. I caution you to order from them. I won't be ordering again.
