I WAS NERVOUS AS I HAVE NOT HAD THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT BEFORE BUT THE STAFF WERE VERY FREINDLY AND PUT ME AT EASE IMMEDIATELY.

The whole experience was wonderful. The place its self has a calm energy about it and the staff that I dealt with were lovely. The lady that did my scan showed me the results and explained everything well. I found it really interesting. Thank you

I am never calm at a dentist and for the first time I was made to feel at ease, given time and empathy. Dr Burn managed my treatment with great skill and without any complications between visits.

Delighted Patient
I was quietly worried and rather concerned about this treatment today. Frankly I shouldn’t have been and that is despiteI was in the most capable hands of Chris. I experienced no pain and any discomfort was negligible throughout. Fingers crossed I don’t have excessive after pain but if my experience is anything to go by I shall be most surprised if I do. Excellent and I look forward to attending again.

I was referredby my dentist to shiraz…
I was referred by my dentist to shiraz endodontist for re-root canal treatment after having two failed root canal treatments abroad.I was in severe pain and was very anxious prior to treatment given two failed root canals in two adjacent teeth. Also recently had a fracture of a root canal treated teeth, hence I was very apprehensive when chosing the endodontist. I had an excellent experience with Dr Chris Burn. I have no words to explain his kindness and extremely professional attitude. He stayed highly patient with me and addressed all my concerns with empathy.Discussed various management options prior to procedure and also gave me general advice regarding my rest of teeth. I must say Dr Chris Burn is a very skilled endodontist and indeed the best endodontist I have met. He did re-root canal treatment on both of my teeth in a very skilled manner and in very aseptic conditions. He was thorough during examinations , very careful during procedures, called me for regular follow ups whenever I had pain or any issues. I must say he is one the best endodontist out there if u really want to save your tooth and have root canal treatment. Root canal treatment can be very tricky if goes wrong and there is risk if loosing teeth. Dr Chris Burn is really amazing and highly expext in treating complicated cases. He even permanently filled my teeth after root canal and left me with one less worry to have them permanently filled later from a different dentist and avoid more intervention into tooth He is still following me up and has reassured me he that he will manage any residual symptoms if need be. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism. He has great medical ethics indeed. I also want to thank rest of team at shiraz endodontics who have been very kind and supportive throughout. I would never go to any other endodontist. I highly recommend Dr Chris Burn

My treatment now complete
My treatment now complete and Shiraz Endo team have been excellent . I recommend the specialist service to anyone needing root canal treatment . I did not feel pain and even post -op only required one dose of paracetamol. The skill of the dentist was evident in the carefully assessment of the root with good imaging equipment and to give clear options for treatment ,pain control was excellent throughout and the wound healing very well. Thank you to the whole team for turning a daunting experience into a good one

I had my first appointment at Shiraz…
I had my first appointment at Shiraz endo, the staff, very kind and considerate, the best part was the procedure, Nida kamal was amazing along with the young bubbly gentleman adeel ahmed, very laid back, very reassuring and considerate.
Throughout my procedure, she must have asked me at least 6 time's if I'm comfortable or I need any re-adjusting, she has the most amazing personality along with her college adeel.
I didn't feel uncomfortable at all, it actually felt like I was at home, for the first time in 37 years, to my disbelief, I will gladly say, I actually enjoyed my procedure throughout the time frame, I was welcomed, checked thoroughly and guaranteed to leave with a smile on my face.
Would I recommend this practice to anyone...
You would be crazy not to give them a try, if you are looking for a warm, welcoming professional environment with some of the highest tech and some of the top endos in the UK.
I like to also give a shout out to Mary Holroyd who has always been very helpful warm and friendly.
