Non existing customer service
Firstly I could only complete my order with some of the items from my cart, so I had to create two orders and pay freight twice. I wrote to them if the could merge the two orders to one and send all items together and they declined. I have received one package, but the last package has been listed without any progress since March 8th. It seems like the transport company had only received data from them, but no package. I informed them of this on March 14th and they completely denied checking with the transport company. It seems like I'm receiving AI generated answers most of the time. I paid for the items a long time ago and it does not look like I'm receiving them any time soon. If at all.
