Terrible product and customer service
Had a faulty hob for 18 months now - sent video as requested and no one ever got back to me. Re raised the issue on 24.02.25, resent video as requested and now no response despite several emails asking for update. Terrible product and customer service.

I bought a SIA Fridge freezer Model…SIABLE39EAAA23120015
I bought a SIA Fridge freezer Model Number SIABLE39EAAA23120015 from Padgate Appliance in Warrington on the 16 September 2024 I was initially pleased with my purchase the fridge was slightly different to any I had bought before but I soon got used to it however on the 15 December one of the drawer fronts in the freezer broke the part that fits the front of the drawer to the drawer itself I contacted the shop I had bought it from but I was told a drawer is not under warranty and to contact SIA.
I tried a few times to ring SIA without a response – I decided to email explaining that after only 3 months a drawer had broken I received a polite reply from customer service saying
“Regarding the freezer drawer. Unfortunately, these parts are non-mechanical parts and sadly not covered under warranty”
we exchanged a couple more emails in January and during that time 2 more drawers had broken in exactly the same place I explained this to SIA but they were of the opinion that the drawers could have been broken accidentally in the end I begrudgingly accepted to buy 3 new drawer fronts.
During the emails sent customer service was always polite and I assumed was just doing her job.
I just wandered – Has anyone else had the same problem?

Ordered a BIPO76GM oven from Debenhams…
Ordered/received a BIPO76GM oven from Debenhams on 14th October and it failed after 2 weeks - with a strange fault where the display would show 32 degrees and then nothing would work - the touch display was lit up and seemingly responding to touch but it appeared the display was not communicating with the oven controls as nothing worked. Resetting OFF/ON the oven made it work a few more days - usually 6 or 7 before it happened again. Went through HELL with SIA support who wanted videos of a random intermittent fault that I could not provide until Late December when we got 'lucky' and managed to film it in broken mode! They agreed to eventually replace the oven - which they did - and unbelievably the same fault appeared on the replacement oven! Clearly some sort of software issue I would think! The joy of touch screens!!! So I asked Debenhams to step in and refund me - which they have agreed to do - but I still have the oven and so still have not been refunded and now its 10 Feb!!!!
I gave up with it - uninstalled it and bought a Hotpoint elsewhere. SIA support could not provide an engineer or any parts for the (probably made in China) oven so there warranty is pretty shambolic. I will never buy another SIA (Ship It Appliances) again and I suggest you avoid!

AVOID! 19 emails &texts with Debenhams and SIA re new Dead Freezer bought two weeks before Xmas and they required two videos of the dead freezer expecting disabled oap to unpack it again! Even said it’s under warranty they can repair! Did I know what’s wrong with it!!! No cos I’m not an engineer and why would I want a freezer that needs a repair!! Finally they collected then waited for refund no apology

Ordered and paid for a fridge freezer paying £157. The item was delivered and doesn’t work. Contacted the company repeatedly and have had no response. Amazon advising that we should pay to have the item shipped back to them. Avoid this company

Extremely disappointed with this company …
Extremely disappointed with this company. I'm a disabled elderly pensioner who has newly acquired a fridge freezer. I didn't realize for weeks why my fridge was frosting up. Then I noticed a tear in the seal on the door. I spoke over a few days with a nice girl called Aby. Said she would look into it and see what the company could do for me. I even offered in the end to pay for seal if they sent it.
I received a short and not too sweet reply today to say they couldn't do anything for me.
Not a very good image for this company but hopefully enough people will see this and make up their own minds.
I even explained I needed to keep my medication in it

Got both full length integrated fridge…
Got both full length integrated fridge & freezer. Both terrible, can’t use top drawer as it isn’t frozen, one door broke due to the over frosting & getting stuck within months of me buying it, makes terrible noises & fridge leaves a horrible wet texture on food that wouldn’t usually do so, if I put chocolate in the fridge it looks like it’s been ran under the tap. Unlucky for me my kitchen fitter picked them both & he has the warranty & hasn’t responded to me, hence why I haven’t been able to take further

Purchased an integrated Fridge Freezer…
Purchased an integrated Fridge Freezer which makes an awful knocking noise, its so loud It sounds like someone is knocking the back door.
SIA response the noise is normal!
Ive never heard a noise like this from any fridge freezer that I have owned or that friends have had.
If I don't agree I have to pay for an engineer to come out they will refund if they believe I am right. Ive asked them to send me a video showing another one of their fridge freezers making this "normal" noise....nothing has been sent.
My advise is not to use this company, the customer service is awful, they just want you to go away.

I have to agree it looks good. The led has options of red, green or blue and rhe main light is bright enough. However, although claiming to be powerful, it's almost completely useless at extracting. Even on full power, the room fills with smoke and steam and I have to open the window. It's so weak it should be in hospital!

SBID45
Initially the SBID45 dishwasher didnt rinse and dry the dishes. Support was absolutely useless, never answered a single query. They dont know even if the dishwasher should open the door in the end of the cycle. They dont know what error indicators mean (8 beeps).
They delivered the replacement dishwasher which now rinses and dries the dishes, but still not opening the door and giver 8 beeps error indication.
You can imagine the level of Customer frustration about the product and support...
Wrote several requests, asked several times on emails on opened ticket. Sent a video with error. Useless! There is no product knowledge in SIA.
So I dont even know if this is expected behavior or not.

Awful
Awful, fridge has been the biggest problem since purchased they just fob you off don’t help at all, expect you to show why the fridge is making items go off with 1 day, charge to call out an engineer and it’s a complete joke no help.no concern waste of time waste of money. Literally the worst fridge and freezer you can purchase in your life. Stay away from the company ultimately will just add on to your stress and waste your time.
