PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.
My friend lost there phone and used my phone to track there phone, they took £1.00 from my account and then 2days later they STOLE £29.99 from my account, and then 1 month later they STOLE ANOTHER £29.99 .
And i don't even know this company ,they have none of my personal information. ABSOLUTELY FRAUDULENT. don't deserve any stars ,AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It does not even deserve 1star - had the same experience as everyone else firstly charged £1 and said that they knew where my phone was!! Total rubbish, they didn’t even have any idea of the whereabouts of phone and also charged me £30 a few days later, they took money from my bank in authorised so I will be claiming under my bank for fraud and they can chase it up!! People out there please contact your banks for a refund for fraud !!

Absolutely shocking.
As with most other people I was charged £1 then £30 after a trial I tried to cancel but was told that I didn’t have an account.
I only hope they don’t charge me again.
Would have been fine but all they did was send a text to the phone I was trying to use then didn’t show me where it was located (even though I got the phone back).

I complained to them who said I was made aware of this throughout my customer journey. No I wasn’t, it isn’t in any Ts & Cs you will find.

My advice, steer clear of these con artists.

Very bad company. Said that i have to pay £1, but got charged £30. Of course, you would expect that if you pay £30 for locating a phone it would actually work, but oh boy was I wrong. I waited quite a while for it to find my lost phone, but it couldnt find anything. To make things worse, i demanded for a refund, yet i received no reply; what a shocker. I hope anyone who reads this before buying anything from them scammers changes their mind.

Absolute scammers! Used them to locate my phone and the charge that was highlighted was £1. They weren't helpful in helping me locate my phone, then 3 days later they take £29.90 out of my account! Was clearly written in tiny t's and c's that I signed up for a monthly subscription - such unscrupulous business practices. They should be reported!

This company have been charging me £29 every month without providing any service at all. I have spoken to their customer service to ask for a full refund as I have not had any service from them, but they have only offered 3 months refund. This is unacceptable. DO NOT sign up for a subscription with this company. I'm going to escalate this to an external company to investigate.

Avoid at all costs. Read the small print they will start taking £29.90 out of your account after 48hrs. It’s one big scam.

AVOID THIS COMPANY SCAM
Having used this company once as it was recommended by O2 to locate my phone , they subsequently charged me £29.99 after having contacted them and cancelled the service.
This company are SCAMMERS and not to be trusted.
It couldn't even trace the phone.
USLESS.

Unuseful company they just stilling the money from people 😡😡😡😡 just used one’s application and they are charging the 29.90£ wich is unfair

This company is a load of bull. To begin with it never actually helped me find the phone that was lost and then because of their website design, it’s a hidden little bit of information that after you pay the £1 to find the phone if you do not terminate a subscription that is made with them when signing up for the website they will take £29.90 out of your account every month.

tried to search a mobile phone number for someone that stole money off me .
i was told by smartmobi that to do this one buys tokens and when these run out you pay again.
they were also supposed to give a name address and company(if available) to allow proper tracking .
they don't and all i got was the town,.
then they start charging on a monthly subscription even if you do not use them .
keep well clear because they are obviouslt scammers again
