The WORST experience with any company I…
The WORST experience with any company I have ever had. I had to call back 5 times for every issue I had with them. They would transfer & a connect, transfer me to the wrong place, etc. They lied to me and said if I upgrade my dental policy to a better one, my waiting period would be waived since I had been a customer for 3 years. That was 100% false and I only found out AFTER I purchased the insurance and made a dental appointment. Then when I argued on the phone with them about it, I expressed my desire to cancel but said I couldn’t at the moment because my daughter had a dental cleaning next week so I would hold off. Then I get a letter in the mail retroactively canceling my insurance….. to last month! Conveniently avoiding to pay the dentist appointment I had. Honestly nothing but lies and headaches and absolutely no integrity as a company. Do not sign up with them. Save yourself the hassle. Customer service was abysmal at best.

I signed up for a dental plan with SureBridge back in May. They saved me so much time and money, I'm so Grateful. The customer service and help that I received was unbelievable. Simply Amazing.
