Poor customer service. Inflexible. Atrociously slow technology. Only one word to sum up the experience: CR-P
A rip off scam. They close your application while you are waiting on documents they requested. Then they want you to start over and pay another $450. No consideration for delays outside of your control
I paid the extra money, as did others. DON'T DO IT!!! There's nothing expedited about this "service" as they call it. There's no service done.
I settled on my condo on 6/18. Today (7/29) I got the letter. Apparently, they didn't care if I passed.
When you apply your documents , they asking only for American passport or visa , so if you have a green card the system doesn’t accept it.

As a realtor, I find the Tenant Evaluation System’s requirement for a Bank Reference Letter instead of a Bank Statement to be an unnecessary and frustrating hurdle. The process of obtaining a Bank Reference Letter from the bank can take up to seven days, and even when you visit the bank in person, they cannot provide the letter on the spot—it must be ordered and mailed, causing further delays. This has resulted in hold-ups on my clients' approval processes.
When clients upload a Bank Statement instead, the system rejects it, even though a Bank Statement provides far more detailed and relevant information than the requested letter. Ultimately, clients are forced to pay a rush fee to expedite the process, adding unnecessary costs.
Given that the system already asks clients to link their bank accounts for verification, I don't see why the Bank Statement—already rich in information—wouldn't suffice. I believe streamlining this requirement would make the process much faster and more efficient for everyone involved.
I agree with the other reviewers on yelp and Better Business Bureau & this website. This company is the worst company ever eight days of HELL . I paid them $150 plus $45 to expedite eight days later nothing they’ve done nothing they keep asking for documents simple credit check it is extortion. It is a scam now they made me pay another $30 or they won’t do the credit check eight days later still dealing it’s hell. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau if anyone has to use this company don’t rent from any condo association that uses them because you will go through hell.
Absolutely the worst tenant screening company around. They are a nightmare to deal with. No one ever answers the telephone, the automated phone system will take you in loops and then disconnect the call. They do not respond to emails to support. You might get a reference number to a support ticket but nothing ever happens. Tenant evaluation enters incorrect information about tenants names and won't correct them. They close applications and prospective tenants can't upload additional necessary information, subsequently the tenant is incorrectly denied by the association and it's a nightmare to try to correct.
I'm a local realtor and cringe when I see the property manager utilizes this service for tenant screening. It's always a headache going back and forth to get a good, well qualified tenant approved.
Their web application is S**T. They checkout process doesnt work, I tried 3 different credit cards to pay for the application fees and every time got an error. Now I look at my recent transactions and they actually charged me!!!
