I have ordered from Tobacco Stock many times. This was the 1st time I ever encountered an issue with my delivery. When I contacted them to inquire I had received a response very quickly and pleasantly from their team and it was handled efficiently with results within a couple hours. They messaged me throughout to keep me informed and I was truly grateful to be able to receive another shipment to be sent almost immediately. I will continue to shop with them and encourage others to do the same. Thank you!! : ))

Received product, great quality, fresh. Customer service Very professional and attentive.

My order never arrived but I'm sure it was delivery and not Tobacco Stock. It took a little time with customer service but they did investigate and reshipped my order with out further charges. I appreciate their willingness to work with me. Never had any issues before.

I completed a prior survey...see that for background info. about an exceptional service employee (Anna D). When that purchase had a problem, likely from my actions as noted in the survey, Anna was remarkably effective in communicating with me and getting my subsequent repurchase executed. Given the state of the employment market these days, you'd be wise to keep her.

This was the first time I had a mistake in my order and when I did they fixed it right away my order is almost always on time and very seldom delayed unless a holiday and I ordered from tobacco stock at least once a month wonderful company with wonderful people working pancakes and you know auntie can I have more

I had ordered the wrong size tubes, emailed them and they took care of it promptly. Great customer service!! I highly recommend them for all your RYO needs. Excellent selection and prompt service.

I have been order from here for about 4 years now. I had a package get lost in transit via usps. I sent an email and Anna immediately responded and started investigating. She also kept me up to date every step of the way. In the end Anna was very helpful, and I was very satisfied with both the customer service and the outcome.

I was sent the wrong product and was a little frustrated with how it was going to be handled. Spoke to someone about it this morning and it was rectified very quickly and I am very satisfied,and will continue to use tobacco stock for all my tobacco needs

When the USPS delivery messed up, TobaccoStock went the extra mile to make sure my order was delivered. They contacted me after USPS reported successful delivery to verify that was true after USPS fixed the mistake.

I have yet to be disappointed by TS. They went above and beyond, this last order.
