After letting the new key stay in the lock with liquid graphite sprayed on it, the new key worked perfectly. NEVER use WD-40 in a lock as recommended by the company.

Price and delivery was great and fast
Price and delivery was great and fast, would have been 5 if the key had worked. It is a older lock and the number on the lock shows to a cabinet and its on a trunk. May not be the same?

The information given that if the key doesn’t fit follow these steps and it worked. I added WD40 3 times letting it sit for a few days at a time and the key in the lock started to work.

Works Great!
I ordered two keys but when they arrived neither worked. A representative from Trouble Free Keys assisted me and eventually I was able to slide them into the lock and they work perfectly. I appreciated the customer service and would not hesitate to purchase more keys from this company.

The key was shipped fast!
I purchased the key for a desk drawer my new employer didn’t have the key for, I looked up the key number on the lock and was pretty sure it was the same maker. So happy I can lock my desk now.
