Have used Tubz for about a year now, over all a good experience.
Orders are processed pretty fast, delivery is pretty good, normally get a time slot which helps.
Stock online is ok, the things that are out of order don’t seem to replenish very fast, choice could do with being a little bigger.
Addition… was offered a 20% discount to write a review, went to as it to my order of nearly £1000, to find maximum order to qualify was £79.99!!!
So can be a little sly!

Tubz Netherlands is a scam
Tubz Netherlands is a scam. About a year ago I’ve ended the cooperation with them. They kept the tubz machines in order to find new franchisers. But that didn’t work out, so after a year passed I wanted my machines back. But couldn’t get them. The owner Michael simply refuses to give back my machines. Recently he dumped 4 broken machines without the footstand at my address. But they aren’t my machines and aren’t complete. What a scam!

A whole section of sweets were broken…
A whole section of sweets were broken in tub contacted told its down to transportation and weather condition and nothing will be done about it well ordered one day delivery next day weather wasn't that cold I work nights so maybe they need to look at there warehouse storage

Not worth the money
Very disappointed with the tubz and the amount you get in them i feel like I've been ripped off so I can imagine what a customer would feel by paying £1 for a tub you only get 12 mini eggs in a tub for £1 or only 3 chupa chups lolly's for £1
