We have been able to increase the number of personalised automations, improve our workflow and create an enhanced client experience for everyone who joins our school. The support team are able to respond within 24-48 hours to us when required. I highly recommend them to other tutoring business owners.

The best compliment I can give TutorCruncher is that I can't imagine even considering to use anyone else. The ability to use split payments alone makes it a no brainer and then the software that helps with organisation, tracking etc is a bonus.

TutorCruncher has really helped me keep everything organised – from booking lessons to sending invoices, it all feels much more manageable. The layout is clear and it doesn’t take long to get used to how things work. Their customer support is excellent too; any time I’ve had a question, they’ve got back to me quickly and sorted it out.

It is a bit on the pricey side, but I do think you get what you pay for. The time it saves me on admin makes it worth it. Overall, it’s a solid option if you want a reliable system to run your tutoring business.

I like the friendliness of the staff, the ease of setting up many tutor schedules in different locations, and the packages and subscription features. I do not like the invoicing for prepaid clients and clients seem to have a difficult time navigating the packages. Billing clients ahead of sessions is confusing.

TutorCruncher is an all encompassing software for tutor management, and as such can sometimes seem complicated to fathom. However, the staff are always ready and able to help as soon as they can. At Melior Tutors we recently had a problem with a tutor having difficulties signing up their bank details, but Raashi was able to help and it was sorted out very quickly.

We have moved over to TutorCruncher from a more manual system over the past month, the difference has been incredible. It has more than halved my admin time and has made streamlining payments a breeze. Admin couldn't be more helpful with any issues we have.

We've been using TutorCruncher for years and it is by far the most well rounded system available for tutoring agencies. They have excellent customer support and a flexible API for seamless integration with our other tools. I would highly recommend TutorCruncher to anyone looking for an end to end solution for their tutoring agency.

At least once a month, I have to delete the program and upload it again, put in my username and password, before I can continue to work. I know it is not my laptop because I have other applications that I use daily.
It is just quite annoying when I need to work and have to go through the whole upload process yet again.

Tutor Cruncher is just what we wanted. it’s an efficient and easy way to log lessons and to get payment from clients. The customer service is also excellent.

Great at coordinating between Clients, Tutors, and Students, but a few hidden costs. TutorCruncher is exceptionally well designed, allowing you to organise your team, record lessons, and manage accounting - all in one place! This has been a real help to our business. We are less happy with a few costs that were not clear when signing up, mainly, the fee that TC takes out of your monthly invoice amount. Although a small percentage, it dramatically increases our monthly expenditure

The customer support is amazing. It is a tough system to learn but whenever I need help with something it is so easy to set up a virtual call or just send an email and get a quick response. There are also lots of videos that walk through the features and are very helpful when needed.
