Tutor cruncher is great in sending updates and information to help administrators track activities. It is affordable for the scope of operations and provides a platform for all stakeholders to give feedback about the learner or tutor. Something I am hoping you can adopt is to allow the upload of word documents. There are bi monthly reports we send to parents from Edukom which has a tabulated template. It is not possible to do this on tutor cruncher which is a limitation for us.

I think it is a great CRM tool and i am glad i can have a system hold everything for me now. However, because I am in South Africa, Stripe does not work for me. My previous consultant Antonio showed me how to work around this, however my dashboard is showing money that's not been invoiced (since I don't use stripe). It would be even better for me to iron out these things.

Raashi has been responsive to my latest inquiries. However, TutorCruncher rarely seems to have a solution to an issue and we are always met with a response of "our system doesn't currently offer that feature" and "we will bring it to our development team"

Many requested features are still missing, user interface is often clunky, and not enough data can be moved / exported.
