Have never received the order which was for my grandson’s birthday. Ordered a month ago. Unable to get anywhere with contacting a staff member. Telephone number is out of order and emails just get returned with a holding email. So disappointed in what is an established business

Katastrophe!

Die Sticker für die Euro 2024 waren hinsichtlich Nummern im Album katastrophal numeriert.

Am Ende haben mir noch 12 SP-Sticker gefehlt, so wie allen anderen Sammlern auch. Diese wurden entweder durch einen Fehler seitens Topps oder bewusstes Zurückhalten durch Topps nicht ausgeliefert.

Also wollte ich die fehlenden 12 Sticker nachbestellen. Zunächst gab es beim Nachbestellservice das Problem, dass ich nicht mehr als 1 Sticker bestellen konnte. Auf Rückfrage beim Kundenservice wurde mir eine Konservenantwort geschickt, die mir absolut nicht weitergeholfen hat und auf meine Frage nicht mal eingegangen ist.

So dachte ich mir, ich probiere es in ein paar Tagen wieder, doch nur 4 Tage nach Beginn des Nachbestellservice ist laut Onlineship alles ausverkauft, wegen "unerwartet hoher Nachfrage" - natürlich kein Wunder, nachdem sie die Sticker zuvor zurückgehalten hatten.

Somit wird das mein erstes Album, welches nicht komplett wird.

Mit Panini war alles in jeder Hinsicht besser. Ich hoffe, Topps bekommt nie wieder eine Lizenz für EM oder WM. Man sollte den Laden wegen Betrugs verklagen!

They’ve run out of stickers bring back Panini

Having spent a fortune on the Euro 24 sticker book, getting down to the last 50 stickers the ‘individual sticker’ purchase service has run out of stickers….very very disappointed 10 year old…impossible to contact anyone at Topps for assistance….completely waste of money…look forward to Panini coming back for the World Cup!!

Missing Ireland from the Euros 2024…

Missing Ireland from the Euros 2024 sticker book, despite including other teams such as Israel and Wales. Two very disappointed proud Irish boys in this house, we won’t be collecting the stickers. Such a shame greed and ignorance has taken over.

Stealing peoples money!!!

Ordered from the homepage over a week ago. Didn't get any receipt or order confirmation, and my account on the page says "No orders" even though the money was charged right away or my creditcard.

No answer to emails.

Poorest support I have ever witnessed from such a huge firm 🤮🤮🤮

Don’t bother buying euro 2024 41…

Don’t bother buying euro 2024 41 sticker packs supposedly including a guaranteed signed sticker. Have purchased 6 of these packs at £6.99 each only ever found 1 signed sticker. When contacting tops they acknowledged numerous packs are faulty. Think this should be public knowledge so people do not waste there money

Topps Euro 2024

Topps, unfortunately, holds the exclusive rights to produce the sticker album for Euro 2024, and the result is quite disappointing. The teams are not current; the information appears to be based on data from 2-3 years ago. For instance, the captain of the Italian football team featured hasn't been part of the team for three years. The sticker design is also lackluster, with all stickers being horizontal and featuring only the faces of players from popular teams like England, Germany, Italy, and France, with no inclusion of the neck, body, or even the team jerseys—just oversized faces that fill most of the sticker. Notably, top players like Müller have their same large face repeated on multiple stickers. While less prominent teams have somewhat better stickers, there are many pointless ones, such as poorly captured images of European architectural heritage. There's no acknowledgment of the coaches or newer players either. The only positive aspect is that the randomization of stickers in the packets seems to have been handled well, resulting in a lower number of doubles.

Crooks!!

I went to a store that supplied the multi packs that possibly housed one of the players in the 100 club. I bought 8 packets from 2 stores WhSmith and co-op only to find that when I opened 1 of the packets that it only had 3 packets in instead of 4 and no limited edition cards either in a separate packet.
I contacted customer services, and it took them 4 days to respond . When they finally did respond, they asked me for a receipt and a picture of the packet. I didn't have a receipt as I paid contactless, and the packet was in the bin, but luckily, I had another similar.
When I replied to their request, they never responded, and then another customer service agent said the same thing but then said that I would have to go back to the shop and get a receipt....WHAT?? As if the store are going to be able to get me a receipt!!
We are talking about a packet worth £2.50 not £25.00 or £250 for gods sake!!!
I then had enough of the customer service department and sent an email to the CEO. That was a waste of time as he hasn't responded either!!! Appalling service and bad management who don't care!!! I spent over £220 from their online shop to buy the match attax cardsvabd the stickers together with albums and tins. If this is how they treat their customers, it's a wonder they are still in business!! I won't be buying any of theor products ever again!!!

A month and no reply!

I have been waiting a month for a reply from them after the delivery company left my parcel by my back gate whilst I was on holiday. As you can imagine no parcel when I got back and now waited a month since reporting this for any kind of reply back. Absolutely shocking. Might just call the police as they have literally stolen my money!

The Epitome Of Ineptitude

Not surprised in the slightest at the abundance of level of 1 star reviews.

I purchased an overpriced advent calendar for my son, whom normally delights in opening each day - this year he has left it for days the cards have been abhorrent and not worth the expense, he has given up, embarrassed to share them with his friends.

I contacted Topps only to learn the customer services is as unfit for purpose as their products: I recieved an email after 5 days saying they had lost the original complaint, could I process a new complaint. I then recieved an email to say my complaint had been 'closed' and they had passed on my feedback to their production team. How does this help my son's disappointment, and being ripped off?

Clearly they care not a jot. I am going to report them to Trading Standards as the product is not fit for purpose and suspect many parents have been ripped off by this inept organisation this festive season. They are completely inept, it is hard to comprehend.

Ordered x2 Match Attax Advent Calendars…

Ordered x2 Match Attax Advent Calendars on 18 December 2023. Still not received as of 6th December 2023. Not ideal and really unexpected from Topps who I have never had a problem with in the past. Will never be ordering direct again. They are not dealing with my problem and when I send them an email it bounces back. There is no alternative way to contact customer service to resolve the issue. I am hoping that it will be sorted soon but at the moment I am left feeling robbed.

lost package, nor service at all

so i bought a sidemen chrome box 21 days ago, and there has only been issues since then. first of all it took them about 8 days just to get the order shipped, and for the past 6 days the package has been stuck at the same carrier without any updates.
i have tried to contact topps to get a clarification on the issue but without any luck. i contacted them 4 days ago and they. said that i just had to give it some time and it hasn't moved since then, i have also been in contact with all three of the carriers who says they dont have the package yet or anymore. so today at 9 am i texted topps again and this time the just shut down the case only 3 hours later with no answer what so ever. this has got to be the worst costumer experience i have ever received and i wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with the fraud of a firm.

Missing items never received or refunded

Ordered 2no boxes of Sdmn chrome cards. Only one turned up. They responded saying this was a technical fault their end and my missing box would be shipped out. Nothing has been shipped and my order remains incomplete and I'm out of pocket by £110. They have also stopped responding and even got an email stating case closed.

Scammed me 300 euros. Don't buy there.

I have bought a box there, an expensive one, in july.
I have received an empty parcel. The box I'd ordered wasn't inside at all.
I got in touch with customer support, they have asked me to fill some documents, then to send everything back to them.
I did, they closed the case and never answered anymore. I'm trying to get in touch with them every week since that time and they don't answer anymore. I've lost 300 euros. This company shoudn't be able to continue to do business anymore.

I used to like topps. It's in the past now.

I used to like topps. It was always complicated to get our hands on a hyped product before because website was overwhelmed by the number of people trying to buy a product. But at least we had a fair chance. It's been worse since they implemented EQL launches for drops. I didn't win a thing in months, never won actually. Many of my friends have been the same. The way EQL operates for these launches is very shady. And Topps is not listening to a thing their loyal customers are saying about it.

Panini are in the mud now but I hope for a real competitor to exist someday in the hobby.
