What’s not bad about this company it’s awful the owners or workers are awful at replying I tried cancelling my order after making it to then get ignored on every way the top came today tho but the quality of it is so awful I can not give this as a present it’s a mess I’ll be taking me report further as this is a disgrace

If you’re prepared to wait over a month with little or no communication then uk kits is the site for you
I ordered just one pair of club shorts over a month ago for my nieces birthday last weekend, they arrived this morning 9 days after the event, dusty and stained, my wife had to put them through a wash
I’m glad the experience is worth and my niece will have a pear of shorts to wear with her shirt but because of the delay which was not communicated on ordering she was unable to wear them to the game she was taken to for her birthday
If my experience doesn’t bother you go ahead and order
But my advice is avoid like the plague

Have been waiting for more than a week for any communication after placing an order. Have tried twice to follow up but nothing yet.

Had poor experience previously with faunasports so ordered from ukkits.co.uk. They’re the same Mickey Mouse outfit. First order from Fauna arrived without sponsor logos, second order arrived with a shirt missing. When I queried, got told out of stock. Why didn’t someone tell me ? They’ll take about 3 weeks to arrive and there’s nothing UK about this company whatsoever. Not worth the headache !

ordered kids brighton kit took 3 weeks to arrive no postage ref or number !! missed birthday ordered 2 weeks before birthday, fuming upon opening, shirt under arm snagged, no shorts and wrong coloured socks. would never order again wanting full refund customer service shocking this company is not in the UK didn't see these reviews would say scam site folks steer clear

I ordered from them on the 27.09 the Item came today (14.10) I tried to contact them but I could only send email, they replied after couple days and were very unhelpful. Item doesn’t look good- not like the picture. I also was unable to cancel this order even though it wasn’t shipped. Material also very bad quality.

Order a kid's Spurs kit, received Chelsea socks with it. They would not send the correct socks and first offered a refund of £2.50. I refused stating it will cost a lot more than £2.50 to buy Spurs socks, managed to get a £5 refund agreed. I haven't received it yet.

I ordered 2 sets of football kits. Because of their name I assumed they were uk based, but they are not. Have no delivery date! After 1 email they said I had been promoted to a VIP member. 1 email later and still no delivery date. Approached my credit card company and hopefully will get my money back

Be very careful when ordering. It would appear that despite having a uk address this is a company based in China. They sent me a completely rip off unauthentic kit which they had passed off as an original. When challenged within 30 day period they are now trying to offer only 10% refund.

Seems like a very legitimate website offering a wide selection of stock.

Ordered a juniors kit that the website indicated would be subject to one business day prior to shipping, however the confirmation email received mentioned two to seven business days.

I approached Ukkits for an update and was told eight to fourteen business days.

The trading name ‘Ukkits’ would imply this is a company based within the United Kingdom, but further investigation of the website and the sole email received suggests Hong-Kong. There is no contact number and responses to emails are sparse.

I’m uncertain whether my order will ever arrive, but I would avoid ordering anything from this outlet.

That's what thus unprofessional and useless conman deserves. Ripping people off there hard earned money. Ordered a few football tops from this website, its been over 2 weeks payment has been taken and not even a single item has been dispatched although the website states shipped within 1 business day.

I have ordered 3 football shirts from this company. They come up incredibly small so sizing it out.
I only received 3 of the shirts and they are disputing this refund and saying I only paid £10.14 for it which is incorrect, I paid £16.14 with it as there was discount. Which I still have not received nearing two months after ordering.
I also have asked for a return, as per their return policy, they are stating I am not able to have one as the shipping will be too expensive, even when asking what the shipping will be they are refusing to tell me. Therefore I have lost £56 to this company. Please do not buy from them

Wish I had check the reviews BEFORE I ordered. Wanted for a birthday present and ordered in what would normally be plenty of time...still waiting for delivery!

Poor online service.

Ordered a athletico madrid kit. Took a while to arrive which is expected but the quality is very poor, shirt badly made and shorts a completely different colour. Would avoid as better options out there

Ordered a west ham kit for my son, shirt and shorts are ok but received England socks. Messaged a few times but no reply to any.
If you’re looking for a mixed up kit then this is the place to go, but if you’re looking to receive what you ordered then maybe not.

Ordered item. They took my money. No update on delivery. When queried, item ordered out of stock but site states in stock. Asked for refund. Reply was choose another top. Back and forth asked for refund without success. In the end chose another top which they did eventually send. Original item still showing as in stock on website.

Ordered an Arsenal kit top and still not arrived been ages and haven’t not responded to any emails or messages SCAM SITE STAY CLEAR also I believe all the 5 star reviews are fake and or are bots

Ordered two personalised children’s kits. No order confirmation email, nothing turned up. Emailed the website email address and no response. Have made a dispute with the bank.

wrong name! Money grabbers!! Very bad customer service!
I ordered my nephew a foot ball kit for his birthday with his age for the number and his last name. the order was two weeks late so he didn’t have it for his birthday and the name was wrong. I asked if i could have a refund for the t-shirt or for a new one to be spent and i was happy to send the shirt back and they said they would send the correct shirt if i purchased something else on the website. There emails are very rude and unprofessional. I’ve now wasted money on a kit with the wrong name. no money back! Very bad company highly do not recommend.
