Megan did an amazing job at explaining in detail how this whole process works. I’m new to this and she was beyond patient and helpful, answered all questions and provided me with more knowledge! Definitely made me more confident at using the portal which she did navigate through with me! She made sure I had everything I needed before ending our chat. This company did a great job for me for two years my credit score went up from 540 to 600 so the was great the just got rid of old reportes and ones that was wrong. However when I ask them to close my account it was like pulling teeth . I had to complain to the BBB. and still they tried to keep my case ope. I had to get a new credit card because you cannot remove your form of payment from the their site. It was the worst experience I had in a while. they was forcing me to keep paying them. I would tell anyone don't do it because they force you to keep paying when you don't want to. And this I don't understand. I found out I could have done the same thing they did they just wrote letters asking for proof of debit. do it on your own make the time and save your money also when I paid down my credit cards my scores went up they don't work magic.

Signed up Jan 24, 2025 was told the first payment they'd get started. When it came to give them a call, we called daily and after 15+ attempts finally got someone to do the refresh on Feb 28th. At the end of March '25 we both tried a few times then decided to refresh on our own without them. We made the choice April 14th to cancel the membership. We both called daily, when we did get someone we'd tell them the reason for the call then put on hold (25+ mins) till we got tired. Finally talked to someone today to cancel. Was told I'd have to pay $114 to close the account because it was after April 24th. No one reached out to me to touch base about anything until the April 24th payment wouldn't pass.

First of all, Jason Fisher was so awesome! He went above and beyond...explained in detail to the questions I asked! UQUAL has been helping me get my credit scores up and they have come up quite a bit...I am on my way to buying a home soon and it is all thanks to UQUAL! If anyone wants their scores to go up, I definitely would recommend UQUAL!

Probably should have checked into them before I subscribed. I didn't get much benefit after paying a lot per month. No changes to my credit, barely any updates. Check their BBB reviews and thats all that needs to be said. They also made it very difficult to cancel and tried to charge my card even after canceling.
