The service offers clear benefits and has been quite helpful in addressing credit-related concerns. However, the customer service experience was disappointing. Despite repeated efforts to cancel my account over three weeks, I was repeatedly placed on long hold and pressured to continue the service. I was told that legal requirements mandated a review of all progress made prior to cancellation—when I declined further time on the call and indicated I would contact my bank and explore my legal benefits through my employer, the advisor became unprofessional. I ended the call, and shortly thereafter received an email confirming that the account had been closed. This raises serious concerns: either relevant laws were violated or the information provided to me was misleading.

I sent emails and called several times and my request was not honored immediately or the multiple return calls and finally the cancellation email would be closer in date. Also you failed to address how your agent misrepresented and conflated your process w/ legal requirements. With that said I’ve sent 2 emails requesting your mailing address and if your calls are recorded and you’ve yet to respond on your website. I gladly receive that info here if it is more convenient

I don’t recommend this. I never get any updates. Costumer service sucks. I called them amount before my payment to cancelled and them refused to cancel because I have to make another payment. Them just care about your money not to fix your credit. I called to my bank to kot to let them take my money anymore.

I have been calling and leaving messages for days without receiving any response. It's impossible to talk to anyone, no matter what time I call. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Once they have your money, there is no further communication. I will be canceling my service.

I have had great experiences with everyone I had dealt with while using this credit repair company but today I had the pleasure of Desiree Dallas and she was very helpful and informative..she answered my questions and explained things to me I didn't understand.. definitely recommend if you need help like I did .

If I could give it zero stars I would. UQUAL failed to provide sufficient updates, and my attempts to reach them were consistently directed to voicemail, despite no issues on my end. I reached out to management via email, but they never initiated a call to address my concerns, insisting I contact the UQUAL number instead. Interestingly, when I expressed my intention to cancel my subscription, their calls suddenly came through. Overall, this experience felt like a waste of both time and money, and I cannot recommend their services.

Update 9.16.25. This is a reply to UQUAL's response. Although I wasn't a client, my husband was. I set up the account and I was paying the bill. Therefore, I was well aware of what was not happening from this company. I canceled my subscription and would never renew it.
