I only given it one star because I just started with the program in the process of trying to purchase a home the spike given different information from different people. I’m trying to keep the faith due to the fact that I worked with several credit repair companies and I’ve been ripped off. This is my last chance given a credit repair company a try. So far I personally haven’t seen any changes to my credit report. This is my second month. I was told by the person who’s helping me that there’s been a lot of changes. I reached out to the credit bureaus personally and they said no updates no changes as of yet so I’m going to give it another month and I will be back to post any results or any changes I’m still waiting for Some improvement with my addresses being inaccurate I have about several addresses. I never associated myself with or lived several hard inquiries so hopefully this stuff disappears first as well as the inaccurate information on my credit report I will be updated again within 30 to 60 days as of right now, I’m only putting in one star as mentioned I just started and I’m waiting to see progress fingers crossed hope I come back with some great news

Jason from UQUAL was very patient understanding and helped me navigate through the system. Him and his company are so good at resolving my credit disputes and helping my credit scores to come up. This company has shown me they care but they also deliver. I was in the 500 credit scores. In less than a year I'm almost 700. I highly recommend them if you are looking for credit repair and or to get your credit to where you need to purchase a house car etc. Harry Knapp a lender was kind enough to refer me to them. Greatest thing he could have done. Give them a call and let them help you.

I was so frustrated 😣 with this company because I thought the last represent move my payment day unfortunately she didn’t so now I have a late fee. Megan use able to move my payment day so I don’t get anymore late fee. Also she was able to help me understand why I need the company to help me with my credit score. They have been moving late payment on my credit report and collection. It’s a legit company. I’m ready to see the finish results and thanks again for helping me Megan I almost gave up today.

another credit scam to bleed you dry. Start out with an Incorrect credit score and try to say they boosted you to where you was already when starting.

Even the response is inacurate, the guy called me 1 time, not multiple calls. Some of the Item removed, I already challenged it before getting involved with them.

The place is like a survey, results depend on where you get your data.

Customer service was nice but I made more progress in repairing my credit on my own than I did after spending about $1800 with uqual, it’d have been cheaper and easier for me to just do it myself. The “big success” uqual had on my account actually made my credit worse in the long run due to it returning to my credit report within days of it being removed. Every time I called to cancel my subscription (4 times) I got walked around and sent to different departments to either get reconvinced I needed to give them my money to make my problem go away, or to just give up on trying to cancel after endless hold times. Do yourself a favor and just research credit repair, and use the $130 a month subscription fee to repair it yourself.

I just recently had the pleasure of speaking to Rashann Loftis, he was very polite helped me fix a issue i was having when trying to access my account not only did he fix it , he explained my whole credit report to me and reassured me this was just the beginning of getting me on track. I absolutely love this company and everything they are doing to get me on the right track to our gym new home. I highly recommend them to anyone trying to do the same.

This was a very negative experience in my opinion. I feel I’d have been better off using their high feels just to pay down debt I wish I’d never heard of them. I called and was left on hold.
