Excellent service from initial call to resolution.

Excellent service from initial telephone call to resolution. Email communication is great - always kept in the loop with where the technical issue has been passed and who is dealing with it. Emails received to confirm resolution. Great service.

Infinity Tech Support

Infinity Tech Support - Called the Support line during lunch, despite being super busy, had the issue fixed within 15 mins for a low priority issue.

Australia Help Desk for UK customer

I am a UK customer who is currently in NZ when I had a problem with logging in I called Australia help desk who were very helpful. The problem was sorted and I was able to continue my work. If I had to call UK I would have lost a days inputting as they are 13 hrs behind.

Thanks for taking the time leaving this review Angela. Although we don't currently offer 24h support, having offices in the UK & Australia office does mean we've got very good coverage outisde of our customers' local office hours.

when making cv ready to go out
I also had issue which was to do with headers etc which we hadn't set up the templates, the video assumes we have, annoying as had to call twice and made me look incompetent!

Whilst the issues continue to arise with Infinity, often the same problems, the support team usually manage to get us back in action quite quickly.
