Ongoing issues

Recently we have had x3 queries within the last few weeks that have not been resolved to resolution and passed to the Development team and as yet no response.
I feel we are coming up against issues with the system when we are inputting data that we need to be able to export and the system isn't able to do this and i'm told this will be passed to the development team and there is no follow up.
In turn we are having to manually do things that from a business perspective is time consuming when we should be in a position that we can report on these things via Voyager.
We cant be the only business that has these enquiries and for there to be no response is just poor as we are no further forward.

Hi Lynsey. Thanks for your time on the phone to discuss your feedback and concerns. We appreciate exporting the specific information you required isn't available natively in the product as standard and we're sorry it wasn't something that could be worked around. We do offer bespoke solutions for our customers but accept that this wouldn't be cost effective in this scenario.

The request was logged in our customer feedback and suggestions system for future roadmap reviews but as explained, we do try to make it clear that we don't offer responses or ongoing updates to each request individually. As a provider that's been established for many years, you can imagine a lot of customer-specific requests have been raised throughout this time. We don't just ignore or delete them which is why it's not viable for us to offer any continous updates. Of course we do update customers if and when the features make it onto the roadmap and are added to the product. So whilst we accept the product doesn't do what you needed it to in this case, we wanted to clarify that we hadn't simply ignored the request.

World Class service given to our company, very impressed

We have now been using Voyager Infinity now for nearly 5 weeks, and I have to say right from the start, we have received a 1st class service from everyone, I would like to say a special thank you to Tom Lowe who has gone above and beyond with our set up. The software is amazing and makes our job really enjoyable, that also offers our customers the best up to date information when need, I highly recommend them as a company.

Voyager Support Team are always really helpful, they go above and beyond with their customer services and attitude to assisting non techy users like myself. cannot recommend them highly enough.
