I have visited Ruby and Kornelija at Seely Fields twice now, both times they have been so friendly and welcoming, I reserved my first home today and couldn’t be happier with the service I have received. Ruby is so informative and doesn’t make you feel silly for asking any questions!

Chloe Preston at Eden Fields has been brilliant, easy to work with and even easier to get along with. She understood all our requirements, made sure no question went unanswered and went above and beyond to ensure we got the right deal to reserve the plot we wanted. Hopefully the rest of the process will be as seamless as Chloe made the first part.

Laura Renshaw the sales advisor at smithygate. We can’t praise her enough. Fantastic from the first day to last. She made our move easy and always had time for a chat, or helping with the process of our move.

We recently purchased our new from Avant Homes and couldn’t be happier. The site managers, Chris and Kyle, have been fantastic—supporting us every step of the way and always being receptive and helpful with any issues that arose. They’ve made the whole move feel seamless. Avant Homes are very lucky to have them on site!

We recently moved into our beautiful new 4-bedroom home with Avant Homes, and the entire experience has been outstanding. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and the quality of the build is impressive—everything feels modern, spacious, and well-thought-out.
A huge thank you to Tashana and Louise, who were absolutely incredible throughout. They were so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way, answering all our questions (no matter how small!) and making what could have been a stressful time feel exciting and reassuring. As parents, we especially appreciated how wonderfully they treated our three children during viewings and the handover process—they were warm, engaging, and made the kids feel included and comfortable, which meant the world to us.
Avant Homes truly went above and beyond, and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a new build. Thank you for making our family home dream come true!

We had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Earl’s Park development in Chesterfield and have had such a positive experience from start to finish.

I initially enquired online as we are currently based in Essex and in the process of relocating to Chesterfield with my husband and our young daughters.

Our first point of contact was Tashana, who took the time to explain the different purchasing schemes Avant offers. She provided clear guidance, answered all of our questions, and arranged a viewing for us — which was incredibly helpful given we’re relocating from out of the area.

When we arrived at the development, we were greeted by Louise, who is quite possibly one of the loveliest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She showed us around a couple of properties, shared so much useful information, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Most importantly, we never felt pressured at any point. No question was too much trouble, and the whole experience felt relaxed, friendly and genuinely supportive.

Overall, it was such a lovely experience and made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting instead.

We had an outstanding experience working with Sarah and Zehra at Bennerley View. From start to finish they’ve been friendly, helpful and easy to deal with, they genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable with every step of the process.

Sarah explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what was happening, she made the whole buying process a lot smoother and quicker than expected!
Zehra was also very helpful with our initial home tour! Between them both, communication was excellent and we always felt supported.

The after care support has also been great! Lewis (site manager) has gone beyond expectations to make sure any of our needs have been met!

We have zero complaints and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

I used the Avant complaints process for someone to investigate my shoddy tiling. That was in August, no one has come to inspect the tiling yet and every now and then I get a cut and paste email from the regional manager telling me how important my issue is to them and they are still waiting on a date from the tiling company. Once you have a house with Avant you will get very variable support on snagging issues and only then if you take so much time to chase them up. They really don't care at all and their amazing reviews are perplexing and not reflective of the situation here. We have had some great workmen round to fix issues, of which there were quite a few, but unfortunately they all leave the company quite quickly.

Katie at Altofts Acres was really helpful, went through everything in a lot of detail and answered any questions I had and made it really easy to start the process.

We visited the chesterfield development site as this site is of interest to us, we received a friendly welcome from Tashana and Louise with lots of information given and a look around the show home, we then went to the other sites in our area to see the houses of interest and also received brilliant friendly service and advice from Sarah and Kornelija. It was lovely to see show homes so beautifully presented.

Ruby & Kornelija, were very welcoming to us both, no question was too much. Very insightful and were quick respond via phone call or emails. They had made this buying process very simple, and stress free for 2 first time buyers.

Warm welcome from the staff who were very knowledgeable. Great houses well finished.
Only downside was the site at Odette's Point Keighley was far too hilly for us so fell down on location.

Shoddy. We have lived in our avant home 6 years. In that time, the front door went faulty within a year, all appliances had to be replaced within a year, toilet parts all replaced, sink and tap in kitchen replaced, bath tap replaced, and then our bathroom lights started flickering. We call an electrician who says they may avant have fitted lights in the bathroom that are unsafe and don’t meet building regs. It’s going to cost us £600 to put it right, and avant claim they are safe and deny responsibility, even though their is potential our home is a potential ticking time bomb! Absolute sharks! Wish we had never bought their home!!

Unbelievable brilliant service in everyway thinkable. So very helpful and very pleasant it was a shear delight to be in there company. The quality build a specifications was a real eye opener. My sincere thanks to a lovely team...Ruby...Korneliya...Julia of Seely Fields.
