I took my dog in to have what I thought…

I took my dog in to have what I thought was a dental. I am a new client and nobody took the time to explain policy’s or how the clinic operated. I brought my two dogs in within a week of each other and had a terrible experience both times. I was informed that I was not scheduled for a dental just a drop off exam. I did get very frustrated because each visit I had come to was slow, confusing, and upsetting. I got my things and left I told the receptionist to transfer my records to the Houston location. The receptionist told me to go and do it myself. This threw me over the edge and I did call her a b word. She in turn told me I was the b word and kept telling me to get the hell out. I then told her not to keep telling me that or I would jump over the desk. I know I should not have said these things but she was driving me in a fury. I don’t believe that a receptionist should act that way. It’s wrong. Nobody came up front to see what was going on.

Stay away from Banfield Pet Hospital Humble TX

If I could this place a rating of ZERO STARS I would have.
My dog was run over, so I took her to PetSmart Banfield Hospital, they took
my pet inside, I asked if could go in, the clerk who took her in told me they were checking on her, it took a long time, I asked time and time again if I could go in,
I was told the procedure would not allow it.
After a long time, seating in a waiting room, the vet on duty came and informed me that my pet was gone.
In chock, I couldn't say a word or ask questions. I asked for my pet back, I had to wait for a long time, before I could have her back.
I went to my car with help from 2 nice ladies from the clinic carrying a box with my pet inside.
The clerk followed me to my car and asked me to pay. She had no papers in hand, but she wanted my CC to go and run it quick, I had no clue for what charges.
I did not get a report, an explanation, a bill, but I was asked to hand over my credit card.
When I came back later, I asked for a printout or a report of what the clinic did while I was separated from my beloved dog.
I had asked to talk to the vet or the clerk, did not learn much beside the fact that my pet was gone, and was DOA and they had to confirm it with an exam,
but at no time was I informed of the procedure and me agreeing to an exam,
Then another woman from the front desk barged in while I was having a discussion with the vet, told him she was TAKING OVER, she was so rude, yelling at me, let me talk to you,
I did not feel like talking to this person.
With all the stress I was under, I did not feel like I could handle this unprofessional person.
Refusing to face that person, I decided to leave, she SCREAMED AT THE FRONT DESK PERSON FROM WAITING ROOM 4 TO THE FRONT DESK IN THE MIDDLE OF
THE STORE, FOR EVERYONE TO HEAR,
" SEND IT TO COLLECTION".
That was the menace I had heard from the first clerk who FOLLOWED ME TO MY CAR, then this person as well came behind me OUTSIDE THE STORE!
So sad to be subjected to this kind of behavior from people who are supposed to be there for you.
