I love everything I have ordered so far. Great quality items and can we talk about how fast shipping has been!!! I order it and usually within two days I have my items already!! No complaints at all!!

I ordered a pair of jeans in my typical size and they were at least 6 inches too long! I warned people of it in my review of the jeans and the company never posted it! If you look closely you'll see all the reviews on everything are 4 or 5 stars. Plus their return policy is an absolute joke. I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered slippers back in October. Have not heard a word even after emailing them multiple times. They have charged me but never sent my order. Would never recommend anyone ordering from them. I know I won't.

Love Closet Candy! Boutique clothes shipped right to your door with free shipping. So many people complaining about customer service. I have never had an issue. When something doesn’t work I ship it back (yes I pay to send it back, why would they pay shipping both ways) and I get a credit. They offer fit details on the site so you can order the proper sizes. I signed up to be a stylist after ordering so much and I am quite satisfied!

Cute clothes but they use the same suppliers that almost every person I know that has an in-home boutique can order from. It’s just marked up that extra 15% then I can buy it from my friend for- that’s how affiliates get paid. The other problem I see here is that anytime I think something might look cute they’re out of the sizes all the time and probably half of their merchandise is sold out so they’ll still show it to you but you can’t buy it. It’s called growing too fast and it’s going to belly up if they can’t sell what they don’t have. No thanks I’ll keep my 50 bucks

Just joined as stylist just to earn money back on clothes. LOVE, LOVE everything about this company. The quality of the clothing is exceptional. I have never had so many compliments on the stuff I wear until now. Love everything about it.

Have been a good customer for years and last spring my credit card was compromised and it was canceled and a new card issued. It so happened that I had just ordered a couple of items and the credit card company inquired if the closet candy purchase was legit. Of course I told them it was good and I had made that purchase. But because the card company inquired I am now on the “fraud list“ Unbelievable!! Because my card information was stolen they do not want my business. That is what customer service actually told me. And calling to clear up did no good.
I have excellent credit, make a verrry good salary and no debt. To be on a fraud list is humiliating!!
And on top of that I have gift cards that have been given to me and I can’t use those because I am also on a “no ship” list.
I was treated by customer service as if I were a criminal trying to steal cheap online clothes.

Read the return policy before you buy anything it’s awful!!! Out of all sizes!!!! Never again

bought some really cute jeans from them however the week that I got them I started getting Mysterious spam calls from all over the world I really think they sold my phone number and I’m really disgusted.

I really enjoyed CC clothing and have spent so much money with them. However, I agree with the masses on this site. Customer service is unacceptable, as well as the return situation. Why would anyone want to pay to send something back (exchange)...that was a first for me. And lastly, they never seem to have anything in stock for sizes. Not impressed with CC anymore. Moved on to better sites with cuter clothing.

I became a stylist for closet candy tried to cancel but they said no refunds . I bought a few outfits from them and one is already unraveling in shorts and shirt and only wore them twice very displeased! Never will I buy from them again ! I paid 149.00 and got 22.00 dollars back from my pay as a sylist . Plus you have to pay them 9.99 every month. I hurried up took my card off file because they close are worse than Walmart . I will never buy from them again.

The costumer service is horrible. The employees are beyond rude. My roommate purchased a shirt and saw her read the instructions. After getting it out of the wash the neck label came off and the fabric completely changed. Months later she found the same shirt for 1/2 the price on Amazon. Out of curiosity she bought it. It have a completely different label and laundry instructions and have no problems. Seems like they buy clothes from someone and changes labels as there own.

She was willing to send in the shirt to show them what happened after washing the shirt with CCB insertions. They ended up putting her on a "no ship" list and they wonder even respond to her.

Great family business right. More of a scam then a true business

Just want to say that whoever runs their Instagram page- deleted my comment about losing my job so not able to afford one of their shirts that i loved and they deleted it ... not a good look to customers!

I don't ever really do reviews but this one I had to. I will never shop here again. Worst customer service and they are liars. I purchased an item and needed to return something. I emailed them asking how and they never responded as the site says they would. I called a week later and the gal said she would note my account and extend my return time. Unfortunately had some family issues out of the area and sent it in late asking for forgiveness and store credit. They emailed me back two weeks later saying no and that In order to get the stuff back I need to pay shipping back or it would be donated. Donated back to their stock I'm sure. I explained the situation and said I was never given a time frame to return and I did as soon as I came back. They didn't care and charged me again to get my items. Don't shop here. The clothes are midsized, cheap material and not worth the hype. Hope this saves someone else money!!

My roommate has bought a few Items for CC so I figured I’d give it a try. I now know why I only see her wear it a few times. The quality is horrible and the care instructions are wrong. Plus I have seem MANY of the same clothes on Amazon for 1/2 the price

This company has a terrible exchange policy and should be updated to all sales final. I bought a pair of leggings and they were a bit too small when I received them. Per their exchange policy I ordered a new pair and sent back the first pair where they stated I would get a refund.

I returned the original pair in the exact same condition that I received them, with all tags attached. The leggings were only ever taken out of the packaging long enough to try them on.

I recieved an email tonight stating they won't refund my money because the tag was shredded, the pants smelled of mold and the outside tag appeared to have been wet.

This is dishonest because the item was returned in the exact same condition that I received it. I feel as if they made up excuses to not honor their exchange policy.

Absolutely love this company and what it stands for which women supporting other women. As far as the clothes, a great quality for the price. I have been shopping with them for many years and I have only returned a few things. And even when I returned the product it was quick and I received store credit.

CCB is hands down my favorite boutique!! The owners are amazing and always giving back! The clothes are great prices, quality pieces and shipping is lightening fast! The customer service is also the best of the best. If you have a question about sizing they are more than willing to help you in a timely manner. I can’t say enough good about CCB!!
