Uiteindelijk goed gekomen

Ik had al een slechte review geschreven omdat ik niks meer van ze hoorden en ook geen contact meer kon krijgen. Naar aanleiding daarvan deden ze net alsof ze contact met mij opnamen. Maar nu weer geen reactie. Het gaat om veel geld wat ze naar mij moeten overmaken.

Non return of failed deposit

I deposited funds on the 26th of April and the money left my bank account but was never credited to my casino account. I immediately contacted customer support and they told me not to worry as it would be returned within 7 days. When it wasn’t returned I contacted them again and told I was correct that the money was taken by Corgislot but never credited to my account. They keep saying the ‘relevant team’ is looking into it but they are just refusing to return my money.

Stay away!

Oplichters,laat dit casino links liggen.

Storten is geen probleem,rtp is wel goed.

Geen communicatie en bedriegen

na 1.5 contact te hebben gehad over een refund request en deze goedgekeurd was. Kwam vandaag ineens het nieuws dat hij "ineens" afgekeurd was door het management. Heb hier meer maals om de reden gevraagd maar die konden ze niet geven. Ik heb 250 screenshots met dat de refund request al goedgekeurd was en het geld al "overgemaakt" is. Casino houdt zich niet aan afspraken / betaaltermijnen

Sinds eind november 2023 ben ik al bezig om EU 4.366 euro uit te laten keren naar mijn bankrekening. Nadat de verificatiedocumenten uiteindelijk waren goedgekeurd (deden ze heel moeilijk over, zonder melding dat het afgekeurd was dus zo’n 5 keer met Customer Service moeten schakelen.

Op 9 december 2023 heb ik dan ook contact opgenomen met de Customer Service en de medewerker gaf bij mij aan dat de withdrawals allemaal op pending stonden en dit na de approval na 5-6 dagen op mijn rekening zou staan. Dit staat ook op mijn mail bevetigd.

Ik heb gezegd toen aangegeven dat het me niet lukt om te stoppen met gokken en dat ik daarom wil dat zij mijn account tijdelijk voor twee weken zouden blokkeren zodat ik zeker wist dat ze het geld gestort zouden hebben. Daarna wilde ik mijn account permanent laten blokkeren.

Eergisteren constateerde ik dat ze maar een deel van mijn winsten hebben overgemaakt (EU 1.000 en EU 926 en heb ik weer moeten inloggen in het casino om met de Customer Service te praten waar het mis is gegaan. Ik heb via de live chat direct een melding gedaan maar ik zou doorverwezen worden maar er kwam geen medewerker op de chat. Pas later zag ik een reactie op de mail, ''ze wisten'' niet over welke cash out ik het had (wederom: chat staat op mijn mail). Ze reageerde pas 45 min later op mijn chat.

Daar zag ik dat ze mijn withdrawal van EU 1.000 + EU 1.000 + EU 400 + EU 40 allemaal gecanceld hadden. Uiteraard hebben ze me daar niet van op de hoogte gesteld.

Daarna heb ik helaas 's nachts weer gespeeld en was het nog maar 2K. Wel had ik aangegeven niet meer te willen gokken (gokprobleem) dus het account is nu permanent geblokkeerd (top) maar door hun nalatigheid stond het geld nog op mijn account, ik had nooit moeten kunnen spelen. Ze hebben duizenden euro’s aan mij verdiend het minste wat ze hadden moeten doen is het bedrag terug te storten binnen de door hun gestelde termijn. Dan had dit nooit mogen gebeuren.

Door hun nalatigheid ben ik nog meer geld verloren, geld wat tijdens mijn account blokkade uitbetaald had moeten worden. (zij keren uit na 5-6 werkdagen). Ik heb me specifiek 2 weken laten blokkeren zodat ik niet kon spelen, door hun nalatigheid en mijn gokprobleem ben ik nog zo’n 500 euro meer geld verloren. Zodra ik zeker wist dat ze het geld hadden overgemaakt zou ik overgaan tot een permanente blokkade om te kunnen spelen. (Ik heb al jaren een permanente gok blokkade bij de casino’s aangesloten bij de Malta gaming authorities en daarnaast heb ik heb een permanente gok blokkade (van 90 jaar) via de Nederlandse Reiksoverheid.

Ik heb recht op de volledige 2440 EUR. Zij hebben mij uren (nachten lang) laten spelen en misbruik gemaakt van mijn situatie. Ik ben nooit door hen gewaarschuwd. Ik heb het zelf niet in de hand en zij wisten dit. Ze hebben de wet overtreden. Ze hebben geen licentie, en zijn gevestigd in Curacao.

Edit: ik zie dat ze nu ineens wel binnen 24 uur kunnen uitbetalen, ik heb zojuist EU 1.995 ontvangen, in plaats van de EU 2.440. Maar ze hebben hier wel mijn verliezen van eergisteren afgetrokken. Nogmaals door hun nalatigheid ben ik weer gaan gokken!!!

Zij hebben een fout gemaakt, dus ik vind dat zij hun fout moeten herstellen.
