Very pleased with the speed of service and good prices.

No issues whatsoever ordering online, good clear website. Deliver took a little longer than I expected, goods where 100% intact and accurate. Company appears on the on the ball, marketing was in full swing but not overdone. My only wish is that were less decaffeinated boxes in the 200 selection otherwise excellent coffee and much more reasonable than the Krups coffee.

Delivered within 2 days. Contents were rattling around in a large box - i would have liked to have seen some packing within especially as there was a box of biscuits. I hope they have not been damaged when i eventually come to open and eat them

This was my first trial order with this company as I usually use Next Day Coffee, I cannot review the coffee as my order hasnt arrived as yet 3 days later. I pay same with Next Day Coffee and even during peak periods such as Christmas time my order has been delivered either next day or the day after it has never been more than two days. Sorry but I wont be using this company again I give one chance only.

Yes, it really was a Quick and Easy Purchase, which arrived in perfect condition within 24 hours.

The coffee came reasonably quickly and was slightly cheaper than Nespresso. It was wrapped in a large, brown cardboard box then in another cardboard box and then each capsule was wrapped in a plastic sachet. Why? Unecessary and wasteful. The two coffees I bought, Cafe Rene Espresso Intensiva & Caffe Impresso Forza Roma were bland and not strong enough.

Excellent service even when the web site crashed mid order. Follow up was by phone and efficient. Coffee is good too!
