Love dobbies have everything we. Need and my great granddaughter love's the fishes and the soft play best of both worlds

The help I needed was provided as Always,...The young Lady on the Till was bright and cheerful ..and was also amazingly helpful,....thank you All,..?

I love Dobbies it simply has so much under one roof, i can shop from plants to food to gifts and cards , I can take a break and visit the restaurant stop off fir a meal or snack or just coffee and cake , then continue shopping , it’s a great day out . The staff I have always found friendly and helpful .

Both my Daughter and myself enjoyed an afternoon tea at the Atherstone Store on 6th April 2024. I cannot praise the lovely Staff that served us our tea enough, they were the most loveliest Ladies, all were pleasant and totally professional, it was a total pleasure, and we both thoroughly the experience. The Staff are a total asset to Dobbies. Thank you so much!

A lovely clean friendly place to have a walk around and to meet up with friends for a catch up in the lovely cafe

It seems the restaurant staff have no adea on how to use a brush. A number of times visiting the Atherstone branch I have seen the cleaning staff walk through food dropped on the floor rather than sweep it up.
I am not sure what the tables are cleaned with, but the finish left would make a good glue, they are always left sticky.
The central area that can be used to cut down queues waiting for drinks rather than cooked food is seldom open. I assume due to lack of staff.
The post relates to the staff clearing the tables, not those serving food, who are worked off their feet.

Tables not emptied. Americarno coffee returned as it was insipid, Yet again no cream scones at two for one available. Membership value questionable as this is a continueing theme.

It is always a pleasure to shop at Dobbies Atherstone. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help, and go the extra mile to help.

Went to Atherstone for drinks and scones. Fruit scone was lovely but whats happened to the cheese scones they use to have cheese inside but now only on top and a bit dry. Very disappointed.

there needed to be more staff in the restaurant, only 1 on food and 1 on drinks with 5 people waiting, all wanting multiple drinks, we had ordered toast, we hadn't even got our drinks when it was handed over, still 4 in front, by the time we got up the table it was cold

Visited Doddies Garden Centre Atherstone Warwickshire this morning. The purpose of my vist was to pick up 8 bag of the 100ltr Landscape bark, witch are heavy at the best of times. A really lovely gentleman (Nick) was working in the area restocking some other products and asked me if I needed any help. I quickly explained what I was looking for and he stopped what he was doing to show me and asked how many I needed, I replied 8 please. With no hesitation he said hang on there I will sort out 2 trolleys and help you with them. He got the trolleys, loaded them, helped me to the till and loaded them into my truck for me - What a Super Star Nick is🌟🌟🌟

I visit the soft play which is outstanding. Had coffee but then had a snack lunch in the main cafe. Its always a very busy cafe and the staff are often under pressure but they remain friendly and efficient.

The scones were very tasty along with the cappuccino, a marriage made in heaven. Although there was a hefty queue to get them.

The staff are friendly and helpful when asked a question or advice. The products and plants are of a good quality and the cafe is a pleasant area to dine or just enjoy a drink and natter when meeting up with friends.

Decided to have a hot lunch in the restaurant. The meal was edible heat wise but would have been better with a cover on it while we waited to pay. Also the air conditioning was on and it was uncomfortably cold whilst eating.
Will think twice about having hot food again.

I visited Dobbies just before Christmas. The staff were very helpful and informative.
