Ordered item supposedly in stock. Then when it is supposed to arrive was told it was not available until September. I could have ordered somewhere else and had what I needed already. Still haven’t received the rest of the order.

I did not receive and item and only because of my experience with shipping could i tell that the item was on back order.. I did not get any notification that it was on back order prior either. I chatted with a rep that also didn't understand what happened and is working to get my item shipped. Just disappointing because I could have got the item
