The concept is fine
The concept is fine — four-compartment waste separation is useful. Everything else is a failure.
The access opening for removing bin bags is so narrow that full bags tear every single time on the way out. This isn't a minor inconvenience — it means waste, mess, and wasted time at every collection.
The glass compartment is where this crosses from poor design into a genuine safety hazard. Because the opening is too small to lift the bag out intact, you are forced to reach your hand in and manually transfer broken glass piece by piece into a separate bag. I have worked across multiple industries and handled many tools and systems. I have never encountered a product that puts the end user at risk of serious laceration as a routine part of normal use.
This unit looks professional from the outside. That makes it worse — facilities managers buy it expecting it to work, and the people actually emptying it pay the price. Glasdon should be addressing this with a redesign, not continuing to sell it.
I cannot recommend this product to anyone responsible for cleaning or facilities operations.
