Fast, problem was solved
Fast, good quality delivery. Unfortunately one of my vinyls were damaged on delivery however this was a manufacturers fault. The Basingstoke HMV staff were very useful, their manager replaced the vinyl whilst the employee found the vinyl for me. Great in house experience and resolved my issue quickly.

Awesome team
Went into store looking for a specific record. They didn't have it but ordered it in for me (also offered home delivery). No extra charge to order and was cheaper than I thought! Was in the store within 3 days and was updated via email the whole time. Awesome team in Basingstoke store always well stocked and clean too.

Mog's Christmas
I didn't see Mog's Christmas, the product I preordered in the actual store after its release date, which was the 4th of November 2024 and I'm glad I preordered it with my local HMV store.

I had to go down the shop 5 days after
I had to go down the shop 5 days after my its on its way email ....no one emailed or called me from the basingstoke HMV to let me know it was in the shop for collection..and when I eventually went down to find out where it was I was told it was ready for collection for four days and not even an apology from the staff so won't be pre ordering from HMV again ..ive read your reply ..I wasnt notified it was ready to pick up in store I was however notified that it was on its way to store ..it wasn't in my spam/junk folder because it wasn't sent..

Please be advised however, that confirmation of Click & Collect orders arriving at store will only be communicated by email and we can see that this was sent to your email address on 22/10/2024. Should this not have been delivered to your main folder, we would always recommend checking the spam/junk folder too as automated emails of this kind can occasionally be delivered there.
In addition, please also note that your comments will be forwarded to the management team of the store in question for their reference.
