I successfully studied with Stonebridge and completed the course I was on.
The tutors were fantastic and the communication was also fine. The problems arose when my work was submitted and needed marking. I was initially told it would take 12 weeks. After this time I was still waiting and after several unsuccessful email's I was told that the time frame was 12- 16 weeks. I communicated to them the importance of me having my certificate as I required it for my employers. Stonebridge then sent me an email with a letter attached to say that I had completed the work and I was awaiting marking, this obviously was not accepted by my employers. Fast forward to today and having followed the company's complaint procedure it is now 17 weeks and I am still no further forward. I have now began the process of reporting them to an independent complaints panel.
Do not waste your money or your time.

I've studied with Stonebridge Colleges and completed a few courses in the past. However, recently had difficulty logging onto the portal to re-start assignments after an unintentional gap in my studies due to family matters.
After contacting the customer services team I've been told that I need to pay extra money to continue with the courses, despite paying in full when I enrolled! How does this make sense?
Please have a reasonable and fair response for me, as I would like to continue studying.

This is my second course I have studied with this company, Level 3 support teaching and learning in schools and currently studying level 5 in education and teaching. The content was expertly designed with clear structured assignments, each unit built on the previous, which made complex concepts more understandable and practical. Overall, this company has exceeded my expectations and has equipped me with the knowledge and confidence to apply my skills effectively. I especially want to highlight the incredible support from my tutor Sue Young. She is always available to answer questions, give me feedback and she has also encouraged me to push forward my limits. Thanks to Sue's guidance, I have been able to learn the skills required for my current employment position.
I was a little late starting my course due to an ongoing health issue. When I started in August, I submitted my first assignment mid-August this year. After a few weeks of my assignment not being marked I contacted the customer service team as they advise “all assignments are marked within 7 working days”. After a month, I contacted their complaints team as my tutor had also not responded to any of my emails. I was told that this tutor was no longer with the company and I’d be getting a new one. After less than a week, the second tutor had also left the company.
It has now been 10 weeks since I submitted my assignment, I am on my third tutor and it has STILL not been marked! I have been emailing back and forth with the customer service team, who either offered an 8 week extension to my course or to cancel it with no reimbursement.
This is entirely unacceptable as the company do not care about the education of their students, only the money they are receiving. If you want prompt responses from your tutors and great customer service, do not use Stonebridge.

Distance learning is the way forward. The Advanced Security Management Course was very informative and interesting. A big shout out to Jill Edwards, for the quick responses, and support.
I couldn't see anything after i buy your course and it's been 3 days already, there is no update and no timeline on when it would be fixed.

Hello, I’ve been writing back-and-forth and I’m not getting anywhere for with you regarding my certificate this is increasingly frustrating the way you’ve been dealing with me I feel no support. Completed my course at the end of March and I still have no hardcopy of my certificate. This is very important for me to get the hardcopy and not just a letter writing that I’ve completed the course written many times and every time I get a different answer back and a different apology. On your website and upon enrolment, I was told that certificate can take up to between four and 16 weeks to arrive. in my recent emails I was told that this can also take after six months (which is obviously not stated on your website nor in our contract). Also I’ve been told as well that there are extreme delays unexpectedly at the moment which is standard way companies explain their failures to meet expectations. It’s been so disappointing and if I’m honest shockingly bad the service that I’ve been getting and no matter how many times I expressed this the service doesn’t get better. I do need my certificate though through my door because I paid for it and it’s way out of expected arrival date.
Surname is Bogyai ,just in case you would love be to help but can’t because I didn’t leave any ways for you to work out who I was.

This is the second course I have completed with Stonebridge Colleges and both times the service and course material have been excellent. I took the second course with them because I was so happy with the first course and I am extremely happy with the course material and support both times. My course tutor Jill Edwards has been fantastic, she has been encouraging and supportive and very prompt with her replies and feedback. I am extremely grateful to her and would recommend her tutorage to anyone!

I have studied for my Security Management Advanced course online with Stonebridge College.
I have learned a lot of new things and the whole 10 Exam assignments were designed to test your knowledge and understanding.
I found the exam assignments not easy and also not difficult, but rather challenging.

The first thing that I can say, is they do honour their no time limit course, as long as you keep them updated every 6 months. The transition from paper to online was very good, and once I had worked out how to upload or send things via email, the marking and the communication from my tutor Alison Brown was great and very positive. I would definitely recommend Stonebridge Associated Colleges.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Stonebridge Associated Colleges. I applied for a course but decided to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, expecting a straight forward refund process. However, it’s now been over 45 days since I cancelled, and despite being told that the refund would be processed within 30 days, I have yet to receive it.
What’s even more frustrating is the lack of communication and transparency. I have been constantly told that my case is being “escalated” and “investigated,” but I have not received any real updates or a clear timeframe for when I can expect my money back. This level of customer service is unacceptable and has left me feeling ignored and frustrated. Not to mention the financial burden it has now put me in.
I had high hopes for this college, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I would caution others to be wary of their refund policies and customer service, as my experience has been far from satisfactory, and not yet resolved.
I did a course for teaching and learning and supporting in schools award Cache. I took quite a bit to finish it as had personal problems but managed to finish. I asked for the certificate and they told me that they would send it. I waited for a while then asked me, they told me they would look into it, that they had to speak with management. Then they asked if I wanted to go through the Cache route and if so they would send it to me, that I would have to do some extra work as it has changed a bit. I responded some time later that I wanted to do the cache and now a couple of months ago they send me an email saying that it was a long time and that I would have to do it all over again the course. So I don't have any certificate, I had paid £300 or £400 and now they want me to pay it again. No thanks. Please do not trust Stonebridge or any of its companies. I am very disappointed.
