I bought device 21 in April ,and they…

I bought device 21 in April ,and they are not working. I contacted the seller they asking for photos. I sent one. tell them why its not working, they are asking for video .i sent a video. Please send me another one. How long does it take to replace a broken device? this company is disgusting, I think they are just making fun of me

Unfortunately, the videos received did not follow the troubleshooting steps provided, which made it difficult for us to determine the fault.

Excellent customer service from Louise

Louise gave me excellent customer service after ringing me back when I had rung the day before & she checked with the warehouse about when I should recive the porducts as I was going to be out. Then she rang me back to check whether I had ordered the right parts - I hadn't so she organised to send me the correct parts & they arrived the next day. She really took extra care dealing with me & I heartily commend the company for employing Louise!

Great product, even better company

I purchased a tenscare product recently. The product started to malfunction after a year of use. I contacted them at first to troubleshoot the problem. the gave me the steps to go through to confirm if I had an issue with my use, or the unit. I went through the steps and still found the unit malfunctioning. The asked for video confirmation that I had taken the steps, which I sent. After review of the video they kindly sent me another unit free of charge. While I had to pay the tariffs (that's another story). I'm glad they stood behind their product. I recommend them and their tens unit highly. It's easy to use. Is extremely beneficial after a short amount of time of use.

Wonderful

Wonderful company. The parcel carrier lost my parcel.

Excellent product

Excellent product - not seen the real benefits as yet but the machine works well and seems to be helping with my incontinence following treatment for prostate cancer.
