I had a really good experience using this dating website. The people here seem genuine and friendly, and the platform is easy to use. I enjoyed meeting new people from different countries and having meaningful conversations. Definitely a great place to make connections and maybe even find someone special.

I personally had an unsatisfactory experience with this matchmaking service.

After entering a relationship, I requested that my profile, photos, and videos be removed from their platform for personal privacy reasons. In my experience, the process was more difficult than expected, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled in a professional or respectful manner.

What made me especially uncomfortable was that, instead of focusing only on the removal request and customer service, personal opinions were expressed about my relationship and my partner. I did not feel it was appropriate for a professional service to make comments or judgments regarding a client’s relationship situation.

I understand that companies may have their own policies regarding user content and consent. However, as the individual appearing in the photos and profile, I believe customers should be able to request removal of their personal information when they no longer wish to use the service.

This review reflects only my personal experience and opinion.

Overall, the environment felt superficial, insincere, and deeply unprofessional.

I tested the service from December to March. Overall, I was satisfied because at the beginning I was able to date the women I was interested in and had seen in the advertisements.

Unfortunately, there were three changes in the matchmaking staff during this period. For all clients, there is mainly only one matchmaker assigned, which I recognized as a major problem. The matchmaker tries to handle everything and acts as the interface between the clients and the management team. A matchmaker introduces profiles, is responsible for communication, participates in video meetings between clients, and also handles all administrative tasks. That is simply too many responsibilities for one person.

Because of this, I understand why clients do not always receive a response. The response times are therefore sometimes very poor.

Thai Cupid should adjust its staffing structure because it is not acceptable for one person to manage everything administratively.

It is also difficult to understand why profiles of women who have not been single for a long time are still being used in advertisements.

In addition, some client profile information is outdated.

The profiles are not standardized, and in some cases I do not understand why I receive suggestions that clearly do not match my preferences.

Didn't even get called.
Empty promises.
Unreliable staff.
Bad service.
