The Metropole pole/track was just as described online and is of very good quality. It seems to be the most sturdy track that one can buy.

Great company for made to measure curtain tracks
After an issue with interpretation of right or left bay for a made to measure silent gloss track the company quickly resolved the issue and our order was swiftly despatched... Totally recommend Tracks Direct.I would use again.

Helpful advice & very prompt service
Very helpful advice from the team before placing my order, with guidance on measurements and angles etc. After placing the order, my track was available in super quick time (3-4 days), and the team again provided some helpful advice on fitting. Highly recommend.

Ordered a replacement part for a…
Ordered a replacement part for a 30-year old curtain track hoping it would fit. It arrived the following day nicely packaged. And it was a perfect fit. My only grumble was the cost of postage. But it saved me a great deal of money not having to replace the whole curtain track. So thank you! One very satisfied customer.

The turnaround was surprisingly quick and the product of a very high quality. Measuring up was a challenge but as long as you double or even treble check the rail will fit perfectly. Highly recommended bit of british manufacturing!

We ordered a Silent Gliss 3900 corded track.When we unpacked it we found it had been damaged in transit. Tracks Direct sent out a replacement which arrived very promptly. It has now been installed and it works beautifully, very smooth in operation and with very little pull required. Quite expensive but a quality product which is vastly better than the track it replaced.

Very happy with the service I received from Tracks Direct. This was the 3rd company I approached in helping me with a problem hanging heavy curtains on a 4-bend bay window. Natalie in customer service was extremely helpful and the custom-made track was delivered in a matter of a few days. It fitted perfectly.
