Your website gives clear advice on measuring which ensures the Blinds fit properly. Blinds were east to fit with clear instructions for fixing to a wood frame - you need to add details on fixing to a metal frame

We have an awkward shaped bay window. The Tracks Direct website gives good guidance, and with that and a couple of calls to their help line they helped us to find the right Silent Gliss curtain rail solution. Very happy with the result.

Ordered curtain track for bay window very easily with all guidance online for particular angles.
Track arrived within given time but soon realised that incorrect fixings had been sent.
Called and explained small issue and replacements immediately sent out in post.
Once arrived they had sent the correct wall fixings but insufficient amount.
Called again and as I was trying to explain the issue the call went dead.
Then tried again and again but was cut off after one ring, obviously recognising my number.
Not good after service!!!

We were not sure what to do with regard to curtains in our bay window. Neither of us wanted to block the light with curtains at the bends.
We found Tracks Direct online who shaped a continuous rail with returns to the wall each side of the bay.
Measuring was easy with their online guides - which was all checked by the company. They gave us some great advice on brackets to facilitate the 'sweep' of the curtains.
Track arrived as stated and was easy to put up. It looks fantastic.
From start to finish, the whole process took 14 days which would have been 7 - had I not been tardy in checking my emails.
Great product and great service, at fair price.
For some reason I note that this review site thinks we are writing from France - not so. We live in the UK.

Bought Silent Glass 1280 curtain track. Expensive but quality of all parts much much better than the standard Swish. And priority delivery very efficient
