Smart & Comfortable 😀

Great pair of trousers, good looking and comfortable both on and off the bike. My only suggestion would be additional sizing, I bought a small which with a 30" waist still needs a belt.

Poor quality, dreadful service

First they delivered the wrong item, took ages to sort it out and offered no meaningful compensation. Then the item developed a fault and I’m still waiting to get that sorted (the least responsive customer services ever - radio silence punctuated with slightly pointless questions followed by more radio silence ). Still waiting. One to avoid.

Disappointed. I ordered two different styles of…

I ordered two different styles of women's cycling jeans. Both far too big. Need more guidance for women's size/fit. e.g.Will they be Baggy/snug etc? Also,I paid to return them both.Its been months and I have yet to be fully reimbursed! ( I think Vulpine uses SportsPursuit.com to manage/distribute their orders? Hence the muddle over my Returns?) Update: Upon reading this review,Vulpine is now looking into tracing my Return items and I am looking forward to a reimbursement.

Jersey sizing inconsistencies

I bought 2 jerseys, a City jersey and a road jersey, both same size (on the label) but the Road one was way, way smaller - I mean, not just a closer fit, or a different cut, it was simply not even a comparable size. But Vulpine handled the return and refund fine; and the other jersey is nice.

Opus Men’s Dark Indigo Jeans

I bought the Opus men’s indigo jeans. I chose size large because the size chart indicates that will be size 32-34inches. I am normally 32 or 33. The jeans seem very roomy at the waist. I should have returned them but my partner suggested they would probably shrink on first washing. They did, but not the waist. The lower legs have become tighter, but although the waistband has wrinkled, it is the same size. I followed the washing instructions on the garment.It means I have to wear a belt which is not ideal on the bike. Otherwise, the jeans appear well made and look stylish.

Extremly long shipping times and huge extra charges.

The products themselves are good, but the shipping times could be a lot better. After placing my order, it took several weeks for the package to be delivered to the EU. I encountered an issue with the sizes not fitting, so I had to exchange the products, which cost me an additional 20 euros for the return shipping. Almost two months from the original order, I have finally received my clothing.

Adding to the inconvenience, I have yet to receive a refund for the initial order. This essentially means I've paid for the order twice, which adds to the overall dissatisfaction with my experience.

EDIT: I finally received my refund, but was charged an additional 20 euros for currency transaction fees - this is simply ridiculous.

To sum up my experience: I ended up paying an extra 40 euros on shipping and transaction fees, had to wait two months to receive the correctly sized items, and to get a refund for the returned goods. I won't be making any more purchases from them.

Great comfortable top

Great comfortable top. Comes up large, I'm normally a medium but small is adequate. Could be a bit cheaper to compete with other brands.
