Retards, aucune explication ni excuse, service clients complètement injoignable qui fait le mort.
Totalement inadmissible sans parler de la qualité des collations à bord.
Bref fuyez cette compagnie ce sont des bandits et ils ne méritent pas de continuer leur activité.
Lisez les avis partout sur internet vous verrez tout le monde est à peu près unanime pour dire qu’il faut fuir cette compagnie aérienne.
Team full of incompetence - no trust possible
Team full of incompetence. Payment unsuccessful with American Express while they should accept but not even a payment trial seen from the bank side and everything clear on my bank side but on Wisecars side they just « don’t know what happen » to quote them.
Payment charged in another currency leading to fees I asked Wisecars to refund, waiting their feedback.
The start of the experience is not really encouraging, I’ll call the rental car office just to be sure they really received the booking and that it’s correctly prepaid from their end too, just in case.
When trying to get the amount from your card, our system indicated an error. We apologize for this, however, we were unable to verify why this happened exactly.
Regarding the payment, as you have selected your country of residence as the Czech Republic, the currency in which we charged you was CZK.
We hope that you will give us another chance soon.
