All Good Things Avis 

This store has a good selection of brands and is always spotless and tidy. I visit regularly as I am local. However, the sales assistants, although well-meaning, do often make me feel observed, coming close to me and staring or standing just by my side spacing hangers just as I am going through them. Today, a lady came up to me and offered to put my items in the fitting rooms even though I only had two small tops. When I arrived in the fitting rooms, I saw one of my items on the rail at the exit being picked up by another customer. I had assumed the items would be in one of the fitting rooms behind a curtain but it turned out the assistant had just hung them outside of the cabins and they were both gone. That wasn’t helpful at all since one of the items was the last one and thanks to that, was picked up by someone else before I could try it on. I wish they would have left me alone as I did not need help. The assistant went back out and tried to find the items again but by that point I was quite annoyed and felt like my time had been wasted, so I left the store without trying anything on.
I appreciate the staff is trying to do well, but I do prefer being left alone and will ask for help if I need it.

This has been my favourite place to shop for dresses in Bristol. The staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming. I started shopping here in the week it opened in November 2019 and came back almost every month (except lockdowns). It's fair to say my wardrobe is bursting with clothes I bought there and my mind is filled with wonderful memories of trying them on and laughing with the staff. I last visited a couple of days before it closed for good, and really wasn't prepared for the many tears of affection and loss that I shed for this great store and super staff. I really didn't want All Good Things in Bristol to come to an end. Maybe one day I'll be able to visit the O2 store...

Excellent staff, and well laid out and maintained garments racks and displays. It is a real shame that this store is closing.

The Mall, Cribbs Causeway store get customer service right. They're always so friendly, helpful without being in your face and the shop is well organised and easy to browse in. I always leave with something I am excited about.

I recently visited the store Friday evening and while I truly appreciate attentive customer service, my experience was unfortunately quite overwhelming. There was a sales executive an Indian lady I assume, was constantly hovering, urging me to try things on and make a purchase. I understand she was trying to be helpful, but it reached a point where it felt intrusive and pressured. I prefer to shop quietly and at my own pace it’s part of how I enjoy the process. Being followed around and repeatedly encouraged to try or buy things made me quite uncomfortable. Again, I do recognize and respect the effort she was putting into her job, but a little more space and subtlety would have made my experience far more enjoyable. With the result I left without getting anything. Sometimes, the best service is knowing when to step back and let the customer breathe.

Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced at The Mall, Bristol. Staff knowledge of the stock available was excellent and it felt like a personal shopping experience. The member of staff helping took the time to find out what I was looking for and went over and above to help find styles that I might like. Looking forward to going back.

Very helpful staff at the Cribbs Causeway branch. The dressing room attendant spontaneously suggested other items, which turned out to be perfect for me, and at a vastly discounted price.

All staff showed an interest for my occasion and were all really friendly and very kind.
The staff member in the changing room went and looked for more dresses for me to try on listening to what I was asking for.
