Just so dirty. Chairs are stained, many with obviously bodily fluids. The stench of cigarettes and vape fumes wafting throughout the whole place with smokers congregating immediately outside... Voir plus

I love going to Basildon Buzz bingo all of the staff are so lovely. They are like a 2nd family. Just would be nice if I won every now and then lol

Gripes and moans that can be rectified
Not enough staff firstly, leading to long wait to buy books and sometimes missing a game! No body on hand to give change for table top bingo and as for the live games via video….useless. Out of sync and the awful canned applause after every win is terrible. Please get rid!! Lastly I have to use the disabled toilet and it needs a few adjustments like a shelf around the sink area to put medical stuff also nothing in there to dry your hands! Disgraceful.🤬

Thank you for your review. Good or bad, we take all feedback on board to offer a better service in future.
I am sorry to hear of the staffing issue at our Basildon club. I will certainly pass this along to the team, as well as your feedback on the live game and the team that deals with that.
Regarding the disabled toilet, unfortunately, any adjustments like that would need to be passed through several different departments to be authorised but, again, I can certainly pass it offer to the teams.

Awful
queue for books, for too long missed game, then queue for a drink no staff and the odd ones are rude! This is Basildon, now gonna make Mecca my regular

Do NOT visit Buzz Bingo. I won the bingo and ‘apparently’ the caller didn’t hear me BUT everyone around me did. Absolute racketeers. It should be boycotted and close down like all the high st seems to be. Management tried to make peace by paying me £10!!????? Do NOT visit buzz bingo.

I am sorry for your experience in our Basildon Club. Unfortunately when claiming bingo it is the players responsibly to stop the game and the caller must hear the claim. I understand your disappointment but these are the rules of the game.
