In order to encourage gambling or to increase the number of participants Buzz often issues text messages to some members offering Free bingo. So a text was sent out for FREE Bingo on Bank Holiday Monday the 4th May and it specifically said "all in". Now what does "all in" mean. To me it means everything in the book was included and I am sure that is exactly what it means to the readers. The cost to members for the small book including an included game called Big Money Live was £1 so members producing the text message should have received the Small Book for free. However, the Management at Feltham insisted that I had to pay £1 for the Big Money Live game of allow them to remove the page from the book. Now was that FREE? Was that "all in" ? In response to my complaint to Buzz head office this was their response:
"Thank you for your feedback regarding the free session.
As previously explained when you raised the same concern on 27/03/2026 (case reference ....), Buzz Bingo Feltham operates an all-inclusive pricing policy designed to make things simpler and easier to understand, particularly for new and social customers.
However, the books used may include Big Money Live, which we are unfortunately not permitted to offer free of charge under any circumstances.
If we are running a free offer and a customer prefers not to purchase this element, our team can remove that ticket from the book upon request.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and hope this clarifies the matter.
Please quote case ID .... if you contact us further regarding this matter."
So how very sensible of Buzz management to send out a FREE Bingo offer and demand a £1 payment on a £1 book! Is it just a sneaky way of enticing members into the club and then charging them to participate?
In fact in response to another query I have received the following as part of the response from Customer Support: "At Customer Service, we have very limited information regarding club offers sent out to players". So is there any point in them having a Customer Support department when they are not aware of the offers etc. The left hand does not know what the right hand does!
In the response below, Buzz claims that they have transparency in their pricing. Certainly a false claim! Also BML is no longer a flyer, as it has been added to the Main Event. They send out text messages which at times states "excludes BML" which means it will cost us £1. At other times their text message states £10 off a Main Event and if the event (all inclusive costs £10) they still demand that we pay £1 for BML so the £10 off they have given us is only worth £9. Then they have sent a message stating "FREE all in" when the cost was £1 to general members. With the text message we still had to pay £1 so what what the use of sending a so called "FREE all in" text message. Why do they not have just one very clear standard text message instead of trying to deceive us with different messages which they believe still means we have to pay £1 for BML? Think about it, they think we are stupid. They are trying tricks to lure members in.

I would like to say that in my point of view the food menu needs to be updated, most of the food on there is don't really eat as i am a diabetic, and I wasn't happy that there was no Pepsi at the time either, but overall it was good

No wonder the place was half empty lovely venue nice staff but there was no fun in playing as it was all so rushed will not be in a hurry to go back much preferred when it was gala bingo you could enjoy playing it was not rushed

Everytime me and my wife visit , we scan our membership cards and i type in my regestration.
When we are in the middle of playing every single visit we are asked to hand over are membership cards to be scanned and checked.
Its now becoming insulting.
We always ask the othet players if they are treated like this and they say never.
Why are we always left feeling embarrased , we spent thousands in buzz bingo and we are always polite and respectful, do we look like criminals?

Why is there no choice of either wraps or sandwiches, i do not always fancy the only healthy option ie jacket potatoes

1. Showing what cashbuilder prize money is
2. When only one number left on safecracker show prize money for calling on safecracker number.
3. Improve efficiency of bar. Service much too slow.
4. Have the drink in the bar that is shown on kn the drinks menu *eg no rum is stocked.
5. Staff do not seem to know table nonsense to take food to and wander around for ages - although not all tables are numbered.

Never ready at the counter to sell books
I cant stand for very long and one time I went to buy my books and he was actually putting the pound coins in the change tray for ages and told me to wait a couple of times I've gone in the club seen him there and gone home. The cook goes around swearing and shouting. One particular caller misses games because she's so busy playing in house games on table tops. It's really not an enjoyable experience for me anymore

Great bingo staff very slack and not many lower priced games on table tops lately .. food very expensive nowdays but I love my bingo club but there is improvement lately very poor im a requarler vista upto 3times week

Prize money is very low especially on link games.
Food prices are too high and smaller portions. And no Healthy options
It’s now £1.60 for a cup of tea.

Gone downhill so badly.
Place is dirty. Carpets/toilets/seats.
FOB Machines/chairs old style, wripped & uncomfy. Other bingo halls have much newer FOB machines & are much cleaner & fresher & have beautiful chairs for the FOB machines. Everything is old and tatty. Feltham has old tired FOB machines that are frustrating. Always slot problems taking notes. Have to be turned on & off by staff to no avail. Do not take notes majority of time. Always WiFi problems as staff keep saying with the machines. Management do not treat the customer with respect. On the contrary Management telling staff to not look after regular customers on FOB machines as dont want to give out free drinks. After bar closes at 9pm there is no where to get a soft drink/water & open all night or until 4am. Other Bingo/Machine halls have water fountains & vending machines, you only have to go up to staff & will get you a hot drink or soft drink when ever you need one. Management at other Bingo/Halls ( not Buzz ) welcome customers & are visible with welcoming, smiling faces & do the work instead of hiding in back office & scowling at customers all night. FOB Machines go wrong & you lose your wins. Happened to me 3 times now. Management do not care. Other Bingo Halls give gifts to customers. Buzz Feltham now gives nothing. Used to give out lovely prizes. Staff lovely & junior management, but senior management aloof & unwelcoming. A lot of regular customers moving to other Bingo/Machines halls as fed up of disrespect of Management to regulars & more junior staff. Atmosphere is tense & nasty. Head Office do not care about customer complaints always refer back to club individual you had issue with in first place to investigate his own complaint about himself. Can't get through Buzz customer services online, as they do the same. So basically any issue is swept under the carpet by the person the issue is about at Buzz Feltham by the Manager to hide complaints.

Love going to Feltham.
My mum was a long time member and felt I should go in her memory, even if I go by myself like she did.
People who go there are nice and you can meet other members as well as friends.
The staff are always polite and friendly. Always acknowledge you when you're there.
Hot or cold drinks as well as biscuits available when you're there late.
Keep up the good work. More offers please 😁
