I only used to go in the afternoons, then the prices went up and the prizes stayed low, except on occasional special days when prizes were higher

Went for second visit at Ipswich club
Went for second visit at Ipswich club, was under the impression that we would get the bingo and food offer again. Asked us to produce booklets which we were not given in the first place! Very cold and just ignored us when we asked if we could do anything. Walked out!
Had £4.20 in my club account and asked for a refund by email to customer service. Went back and forth with them saying they needed I. D to verify the account but apparently they couldn't use my driving licence as they already had it!?!? Had to send a utility bill and got the refund. Ipswich DID NOT ask for two forms of I. D when we joined.

I enjoy buzz bingo and the atmosphere at Ipswich. Sometimes I feel other customers are treated more than others. An example of this is fruit machine area. You are ment to be offered drinks and treats but sometimes myself and others are missed out as host are chatting/having banter for a long time. Each member should feel valued I personally have been going there for over 25 years so think that's long enough. Most staff are lovely but few spoil it.

Rip off
£3 for greasy chips and a hot dog.
£9 (almost) for a tiny jacket potato and small amouths of finally.
Absolutely nothing for people with medical dietary requirements unless you pay a lot of money.
But also I'm not allowed to bring my own food in which I can eat.
Will still with club3000 from now on

Very disappointed today at Ipswich buzz bingo
We go to buzz bingo every Sunday with our dad who is hard of hearing, with no notice, buzz bingo had decided to turn off all coin operating displays in the middle of the tables which displays the numbers called out. For someone who relys on this heavily to be able to play. Also people don't want to all move to screens, you have the generation who like paper and who like to play the slots on the boards. Very disappointed today and oud dad won't now be returning sadly.
