The staff and management make the place…
The staff and management make the place . The inside is somewhat needing a deep clean. It's still a very old form of gambling and needs bringing into the 21st century. There are too many small money games played and it takes up more time to play these games than the main bingo games. You find a lot of people go out to play the slots when these games are played which reduces the prize pot significantly. The main bingo prize money can be worth playing especially at weekends or special events but these can come at a cost to play. It's an enjoyable game to play and can make a good night out for friends and family's together. Food is very so so mostly all processed, on par with most fast food outlets. A good range of drinks with discounted drinks and meals on certain promoted occasions . Check out there promotion sessions as they drop the prices by 50% as the top packages can be fairly expensive. All in all a enjoyable night or afternoon out.

More bingo games and less Go Go Bingo
I would have given a 5 but I feel that Buzz Bingo concentrates more on Go Go Bingo. I would like to see more games included in the package and less Go Go Bingo and I am sure you would get more people into the bingo hall. I know that some people have stopped going to Buzz Bingo and now go to Crown Bingo and Ritz Bingo & Social Club

Big thank you to Vince
We have not been for years. But decided to try again . A really lovely man called Vince showed me and my daughter around. Explaining different areas as we went. He was so helpful, and said if we needed any help to see him straight away.
Lots had changed and he made us feel very welcome and confident finding our feet again.

The staff are extremely friendly and…
The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The club has a very good atmosphere. It seems to be well managed.
The food is usually hot and well presented. Drinks are reasonably priced.

The chips are always cold and the games…
The chips are always cold and the games on the tables were all off even though I told 2 members of staff who said oh I forgot to reboot them then we missed the big money game because they played extra in house games

Bit disappointed with there being only selected food being half price on weds so I paid full price for my hunters chicken
Money was good if one won but the 4 of us had over 100 tickets each never won not even on the board games the money was poor on the board games I wasn’t impressed with that but we all still played them.

I am reluctantly replying to your email for a feed back as every other feedback I have said has made no difference whatsoever. The most annoying thing is waiting to buy tickets when a load of new customers are in front of you that don't know how to work the electronics, then the staff selling tickets have to show them which takes forever, while customers are waiting to BUY their tickets. Why not have someone at the side to show new people how to use them instead of holding paying customers up which sometimes miss some games because of waiting to be served. Also getting change is a nightmare.

Fresh modern take on bingo
MetroCentre site...
Nice, clean, modern environment and lovely friendly staff.
It was our first time going to a bingo hall and there were problems registering and getting started which meant our first experience was stressful! Can't blame the staff - they worked really hard to get us started but the technology let them down.
Once we were playing though - the tech was great!
My advice would be a video on the website which shows people exactly what to do and what to expect on their first visit.
Food was decent, delivered fast and hot!
Even though we didn't win anything I'd go back :-)

I find all the staff to be lovely
I find all the staff to be lovely. Never had a problem. Although the carpets and chairs could do with cleaning. I remember when it opened after COVID. It was spotless. You could see that the chairs in particular had been steam cleaned. But they’re awful now. Toilets aren’t nice either. They’re usually broken and have a smell to them.

Take a coat or wrap up warm
It is the only place I visit where I have to take a coat/cardigan to wear inside very very cold every visit. Food isn’t very good value for money and often served luke warm. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
