Wish I could give zero stars. We came here today with my partners elderly mother , not knowing anything besides the opening times of the bingo hall. The lady was having a vape break and almost didn’t move to let us in. We asked if we could play bingo but she simply snapped and said no. When we asked why she said it’s not on and went to go back to vape. Incredibly rude and snappy. My elderly mother in law then asked politely if she could use the toilet as she struggles to hold her bladder and she refused unless she signed up to a membership . After how rude she was we simply left and won’t be returning. What was supposed to be a lovely , rare outing as a family turned into tears and almost a Toliet accident . I think the woman’s name was Jo, I really hope her vape break was worth an elderly woman in tears

My partner and I go at lunchtimes
My partner and I go at lunchtimes. The lunch club starts at 12 noon. The club opens at 1145am. It only gives you 15minutes to purchase your tickets, register you car, get logged in and possibly order food and buy a drink. Prefer if it opened at1130am.

I enjoy the site
I go to my local Buzz Bingo site which I find enjoyable and quite often go onto the website.
There are a range of games to which you can wager and there are free games which I think is very good of buzz to provide.
Everyone loves winning and I have done so on Buzz but, have also lost so Quid Pro Quo
I enjoy the site but only go with what I can afford to lose.
I like the site and will play again

I Won't Be Visiting Again
I have been attending Buzz Bingo at Scunthorpe for a number of years, and, as someone who prides themselves on being as polite as possible to everyone, I don't understand the reviews stating the staff are 'always friendly/polite' because from my experiences at the venue they have been nothing but rude, abrupt, and with an air of authority that reeks of arrogance.
I understand that working a customer facing role isn't always desirable and, at the best of times, rather tiring, however, most staff members (especially front of house) seem to act as if they are above the work as well as the customers they are serving.
Unfortunately, the caller for my most recent trip to the venue was incredibly loud to the point of him being obnoxious which ruined my experience even further. I don't believe even those hard of hearing would have appreciated his volume. I have a sense of humour, but it just wasn't funny at all.
If you'd like to use a cash machine at the venue, be prepared to be standing around waiting for one to work properly, and that's even if they do decide to actually work as they take a considerable amount of time to load anything. If the cash machines aren't working, don't expect the staff to offer up any help with solutions or alternatives, they much prefer to just stand and watch you struggle.
If I have one GOOD thing to say about, and it is only one thing, it's that 9 times out of 10, the food has been spot on and delicious, but that's it.
With all this said, I will no longer be attending Buzz Bingo at Scunthorpe which is a shame as it used to be fun, but those years have now long gone.

Love bingo but fed up with the amount…
Love bingo but fed up with the amount of clubs we join up with. And only paying out 10.00 on the flyers is not acceptable.

Love Scunthorpe’s Buzz Bingo!
All the staff at the Scunthorpe club are friendly and helpful. The whole venue is clean and well-maintained. There is a good variety of differently-priced packages through the week to help make sure there is something affordable to everyone. I’ve never failed to have a good time, and the food is great too!
