Why is it you have posters everywhere in club and on line to be gamble aware yet Stafford club lets the same individuals night in night out sit and play and reserve 5 and 6 slot machines at a time?? T... Voir plus

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The club has a happy atmosphere. Don't win very often but that's just my luck. Good selection of food and drink and a nice slots area.

This is a two part review
This is a two part review. The five stars goes to the customer service I received from Natalie the assistant manger at the Stafford club. She helped me re-activate my club account after I had excluded from online play some years ago. It took some effort but we got there in the end. This was my first time playing with Buzz.
Very friendly and welcoming all staff were present and nice. It makes you wanna go back.
I also won a little £15 which was more than I ever won at Mecca
The only thing I was a bit shocked about and this has absolutely nothing to do with the staff. It’s the facility, especially the toilets. These look like they’ve been there for years and the taps have hard limescale on indicating the age of them.
Definitely 1 ⭐️ for the toilets
I look forward to playing next time.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The club has a happy atmosphere. Don't win very often but that's just my luck. Good selection of food and drink and a nice slots area.

NEVER EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME GOING TO BUZZ BINGO AT STRATFORD.
My mother and I were having a mother and daughter day and decided to spread the afternoon there.
My mother played both the machine and books. She won both a line and a full house, but the machine was faulty and they did not give her, her winnings. WILL NEVER GO BACK. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.
We have been playing BINGO for over 45 years and never had such a bad experience. This place needs to be investigated, as one of the staff even tried to steal her mobile phone. NEVER GO THERE!!!!!!@
