Absolutely amazing people always there to make you feel special and the bar staff especially Chris Lowe from wallsend he goes that extra mile for the customers John and Brian excellent managers too

Dreadful treated at bingo
tonight shouted loud and
clear waitin for floor staff
to read number on ticket
but was to busy talking on

time she and took my
ticket and said she had
another claim they carried
on with game spoke to
manger with witnesses
didnt want to know feel
really upset that this can
happen surely there sud be
