Lack of food
We had some wins which is always a bonus. There was a lot of food unavailable which was disappointing.

Buzz Bingo has a New Look at Ashmore Park Wolverhampton.
I Started to go to Buzz Bingo Ashmore Park about 4 years ago, And I love the place,The Staff are extremely friendly and polite and make feel like there Bingo Family. I'm always surprised and slightly shocked how much the money can be fir some of the Bingo Games and of course go go bingo which I like to play it's really great fun 😀 and if you bring a friend its even better and more chances of having a win come in and see what you think! You will amazed, Go on have some fun and maybe a win or 2 .

Amazing staff
Amazing staff, always happy to help. The food is lovely and the deals are affordable, portion size isn’t too bad either. The only downside is I play in club every week and never win 😂😂😂

I am sorry to hear you have not been too lucky so far with us. Understanding your feelings, we would like to point out that we are a regulated company and are constantly being monitored by the relevant authorities to ensure that we provide fair game play to all our players. Following from this, as a regulated company that is licensed by the Gambling Commission, there is absolutely no way that we can influence the outcome of any games, this includes the ratio of payouts.

Lovely place and staff
Lovely place and staff. Toilets in desperate need of refurbishment. Touchscreens are quite pricy so could do with more offers for existing members

Made me welcome on my first night…
Made me welcome on my first night there, was so helpful and explained everything to me. I've been two times now and will be going again, would highly recommend this place (Ashmore Park) and also download the app too, you can buy a ticket online for as little as one penny a ticket 👍

I've been playing bingo since I was 18 ,I'm now 77,I absolutely love going to play at Buzz Bingo Ashmore Park, the staff are lovely and friendly and nothing is ever touch trouble for them,I love Rob he helps everyone he's always happy

I can honestdly say I'm absolutely…
I can honestly say I'm absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated tonight myself and my friend took ourselves out ,iv been really ill with an ongoing condition. My friend had a voucher which she had photo shot on her phone because her phone was loosing her meda .We were made to look like thieves at the desk we are in our 50s really not into scaming .The manger I think told her policy policy .now we know why we stay away .Not like it with regulars tho very friendly to them going g above and beyond. Pity not one working rule for all .walked out such a joke .

Unfortunately, to ensure all customers are able to redeem vouchers and to maintain a fair policy all customers must provide the original voucher to redeem in the club. We do not accept screenshots or photocopies of vouchers as per the terms and conditions of Voucher Redemption.
I'm sorry if this policy affected your visit negatively, we never intend to offend or have a negative impact on a customer's visit. I do hope you return to the club and wish you all good luck.

Too many link up games & party bingo
Too many link up games & party bingo, noisy customers on phones whilst your trying to play bingo, seems like the staff are too scared to say anything to them.
Not enough staff on the floor if you have a problem or want cash .
Lots of room for improvement.
