I really liked designs of products at this shop. I was so excited to receive products that I ordered from this shop. When I opened my parcel, right away I found out one of the products was a wrong product. The shop sent me a product with another colours that I didn't actually order. Of course people make mistakes sometimes. I understand that. I contacted the shop. The shop answered me that I can return the product or I keep the product, but I need to pay the half of the price of the product. I gently asked the shop that if the shop could send me the product with right colours that I actually ordered and wanted with free delivery. Before I asked the shop that, I even checked their online store if the product is still available or not then, I found out it was still available there. So, I told the shop that as well, however, the owner of the shop just told me the product is unavailable. I was really disappointed. For their customers, the shop better add right information on their online shop always. In the end, the shop gave me 15% discount code for my next purchase. However, from this experience, I honestly don't know if I would order from this shop again or not in the future. Because they might send me different products again and I might be kinda forced to pay money for products that I actually don't want. This is why I decided to give 3 stars. This is really sad and shame because I know how foreigners survive in Finland is extremely hard for especially now. I really wanted to support the shop with this reason as well.

Toimitus oli nopea, tuotteet oli pakattu nätisti ja vastasi kuvaa :)

Tilauksen kanssa sattui pieni virhe, mutta myyjä korjasi tilanteen paremmin kuin hyvin heti kun otin yhteyttä :) Tuotteisiin olen todella tyytyväinen.

Toimitus oli tosi nopea ja ei oikeastaan ole mitään valittamista! Tuote oli ihana ja hyvälaatuinen. Voisin kyllä suositella täältä tilaamista jos sitä harkitsee! :)

Hyvä asiakaspalvelu, nopea kuljetus, laadukkaat tuotteet ja hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Postitus toimii myös hyvin!

Valitsemani tuote olikin loppuunmyyty, mutta korvaava tuote löytyi nopeasti tilalle.

Asiallista ja nopeaa asiakaspalvelua. Koru oli sama niin kuin kuvassa.
Olisi kiva, jos koruissa olisi niiden mitat verkkokaupassa. Kaulakorun riipus oli pienempi kuin kuvittelin.
Tuote oli hyvin paketoitu ja mukana tuli pari ilmaista Cinnamoroll-tarraa.

Tuote oli sellainen kuin kuvissa aivan ihanat korvikset! Lähetys tuli nopeasti ja pakkauksessa oli kaksi söpöä extra-tarraakin!

Tilaus toimitettiin nopeasti ja tuote oli kuvatun mukainen

Sormus jonka tilasin oli muuten ihana ja kaunis paitsi että se hajosi vähän yli kuukauden käytön jälkeen ;( Sormukset ovat siis melko heikkotekoisia vaikka niitä käsittelee huolellisesti.

Tilasin white lace rusetin muuta rusetti jonka sain oli aivan erilainen ja paljon pienempi. Värikin oli aivan eri. Kuvassa rusetti on iso ja puhtaan valkoinen, mutta minkä sain oli todella kermanvärinen melkein ruskea ja oudosti tehty. Ihan eri rusetti minkä odotin saavani. Muuten kaikki muut paketissa oli saman näköiset ja toimivat hyvin.

Söpöt korvikset ja tuli tosi nopeasti perille.

Todella nopea toimitus sekä suloisesti pakattu tuote. Korvakorut juuri sellaiset kun kuvissakin.
